Very slow and alway cancel px for no reason without letting you know so keep going day or weeks withdrawing from medication more faff than it worth have cancelled online pharmacy

But failed to put my repeat prescription in with my medication.
I don't know when my next lot of medication is reviewed and the date I need to hand my repeat prescription in
To my surgery.

First time using Well and I'm impressed. Their prices were the lowest I could find anywhere and delivery within a couple of days. Will be a returning customer.

Well pleased with product and it was delivered quickly.

Wrong item sent. Was told it was the same product but has just been rebranded - which is a lie! No further communication. Refused refund. DO NOT USE THEM!!’

Very poor check out on website. I ordered an item on Saturday and paid for express delivery but the item wasn't delivered until Tuesday. When I queried this with customer service I was told after a number emails that shipping charges are clearly displayed on the website (which they are not clearly displayed you have to search for them) why not displayed them at point of purchase. Coupled with a poor customer service experience. Not very good.

Pharmacist are very supportive and professional. I was listen to my worries and I have been reassured. I’m very happy with the service overall.

Quick delivery service and kept me updated during the process.

Easy website, quick delivery, no fuss

Nice staff (it hasn't always been this way) very helpful.
Downside is they very often don't always answer their phone which can be annoying as I have trouble with mobility.

Easy to order great communication

Meds not ready on time. 10 days wait.
Incomplete order of meds that was put out to mail. When i always collect my meds from pharmacy.
Not happy with having to return to pharmacy to collect/ sort out missing meds.

The whole process at the beginning is very smooth. My only concern is the reordering. When I reorder I am only home on certain days so would like to be able to chose the day and date of delivery and receive a tracking number. I can order a week in advance and pay but rarely get a tracking number or confirmation of day of delivery unless I email. The contact via email is very good and helpful but adds another element to the reordering process.
