Professionalism and time scale

I am missing one of my prescription medications from my order.

They send me exactly what I ask for, very quick and speedy service

Would have given five stars but could only order one pack of the item I really wanted, so had to order something else not on my immediate requirement list to make the postage fee worth while. Very happy with the corn cushions, won't be using the UTI kit until I need it.
Delivery fast and efficient, minimum (but not zero) plastic in the packaging.

Ordered libre sensors arrived on time.

I had previously been using a different online prescription service, but had enormous difficulty getting a film coated version of my medication. I needed it to be film coated because i needed to quarter it. I changed to Well Pharmacy and was able to put a note on the order to specify film coated. Much better interface and service

Best decision I made. They remind me when I am getting low. Keeps me updated and are very dependable.

They delivered my medicine and informed me before that

They have started giving me part prescription and asking if I want to return for the rest. I don't understand this. When I ask, they say that it is in stock but I'd have to wait longer. Why don't they just give it to me all at once. Today the pharmacist was in a consultation so I could not collect the rest of my prescription. There is never parking and im having to come back various times because things are sometimes out of stock.

I ordered well in advance this month because I had run out of tablets by the time the last delivery arrived (shortage of drugs/staff?). This time I was pleased with the speed of the transaction.

It is 7 days now since I ordered my prescription but haven't recieved it. I've already run out of medicin but no one cares.

Good communication with doctor and my reminder to reorder.
