West Country Movers レビュー

From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole team, including Ricky who came to quote, were very pleasant and well mannered and very cheery. we found a whole team to be very professional and considerate.

They had to bring in one extra van on the day and get some extra staff, but that was absolutely no problem as far as we were concerned as we didn’t even have a break in the proceedings(for example, no waiting around for another van to arrive).

Considering the guys who came late to help out were supposed to be going home, they were incredibly polite and cheerful. Honestly, we couldn’t have wished for more from this company and the pricing was very competitive and we had no concerns and no damages so all in all an excellent experience.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Having moved only a few months prior to this move, I was dreading it because the company we used previously (not a big well-known company) were appalling by comparison to West Country Movers!

This is the second time we’ve used West Country Movers. Our experience first time around was so good that we didn’t bother to get quotes elsewhere, went straight back to Ricky and his crew.
The team are very hardworking, careful and considerate of our belongings. We have moved over 11 times and they are the only company we’ve used that are so efficient.
We hope this is our last move but would have no hesitation in going back to them again . 5⭐️ service.

What a fantastic job the people in this business do !!! Very professional diligent, courteous, taking great care of all the goods they handle for us. Very caring, effective and efficient. Top standard of service. Excellent value. Well done, Ricky, Sophie, Mike & Bud. You are a credit to your profession. That IS proper service. Thank you very much indeed. Highly Recommended. 👍😃

Could not fault their service. A friendly bunch who did a careful and considered job. Would definitely use again (if I had not vowed to never move again)

From start to finish they were very professional, friendly and everything ran smoothly, would highly recommend West Country Movers for a top rate move.
Thank you so much

Moving day is stressful for most people. We were feeling it even more as we were no where need ready due to my mother's recent I'll health, and she had sadly passed away on Saturday morning prior to our Tuesday move. They arrived and immediately put us at our ease, cleared the areas we had sorted and then helped us pack more things into boxes. At all times they were calm, friendly and professional. When we arrived at our new home they took care that all was placed where we wanted it. All this on a cold wet November day. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. All at a very reasonable price. Next time we move we will use them again, although hopefully that will be a long time off.

From first phone call to unpacking - these guys are exceptional each and every step of the way. Professional and human in equal measure. I'd move home again just to use them! (Well not quite but you get the idea!). Big thank you to Tracy, Bud, Shaun & Sophie

West Country Movers provided an excellent service. I had made an error with the moving date and Sophie and Ricky were able to provide a prompt and quick response to be able to dispatch a team at the last minute. I was really impressed with their customer service and ability to act so quickly removing the stress of the move. The moving team were very friendly, and provided a really quick and efficient service. I would highly recommend them to others.

Very fast, friendly services who listened to what we need. They turned up with 3 vans and 9 people when they did our (fairly large move) but were done by 1pm... I was slightly in shock but very pleased. No complaints about the amount of stuff, the weight or even the wierdness of having to move to much.

Great service. The team were very efficient in moving our stuff. Very friendly and professional. Well done.

I chose West Country Movers for their flexibility and easy going manner, and have no regrets.

The move was from Somerset to Cheshire and needed careful handling because I was relocating my elderly mother and she has particular care needs. Sophie was fastest off the mark when I sent out for quotes to various companies, and then Ricky, the company owner, visited personally to quote and understand the requirements. He organised a 3 day move with packing so I could focus on Mum and move her slowly.

Thereby we had a pack and collect on Day 1, a day's break at my request and delivery early on Day 3. The three man team on Day 1 (Ross, Bud and Jordan) were done in less than four hours and as Mum was still in the house, (asleep on the sofa at one point) they simply worked around her and were kind and considerate with her. The lads finished so quickly that we had plenty of time for the cleaners etc in the afternoon.

On Day 3 Bud and Jordan arrived with two vehicles first thing in the morning and were unloaded by lunchtime, placing everything in room of choice, and even doing some repositioning on request. They showed great understanding and empathy for my mothers circumstances, (despite how much stuff she's hoarded over the years!)

I was very pleased with the down to earth and customer focused service.

We were moved by West Country Movers Team from Newton Abbot to the Lake District, over 300 miles journey. It was a 2 day move and our belongings were unloaded the following day.
We're so delighted we chose these removers and cannot recommend them highly enough to others. The guys were such a hard working crew running like a well oiled machine, friendly and good humoured and very helpful throughout, making the move go extremely smoothly. During unloading it began to rain heavy (typical Lakeland weather) but did not deter them from pressing on and finishing the job in good time, even when getting soaked to the skin! Full admiration and respect for their perseverance! Nothing seemed too much trouble when wanting to re-position furniture and other household items. Best of all the large bed was dismantled and re-erected as part of the service, which would have been a hassle on the day of the move. They were careful loading and transporting all the belongings, everything having arrived in one piece and not one single breakage. Overall they were superb and we couldn't have chosen better removers. Their price was very competitive also, so well worth checking out for a quote. Many thanks again to Ricky, Bill and the others for doing a fantastic job!!

Excellent, helpful, friendly and professional. They went the extra mile

The service from West Country Movers was first class. Nothing was too much trouble, they exceeded expectations and stayed on until the job was complete. Very impressed, highly recommend - particularly our crew of Ryan, Dell and Dillon. Thank you very much indeed guys. 10/10 👍

Moved us yesterday and simply put outstanding. On time the guys were friendly, fun and respectful and went above and beyond. As the expression goes this wasn’t our first rodeo but this was the best company we have used in 23 years. I am generally a miserable git but I was happy to pay their bill and genuinely I would not hesitate to recommend.

We were let down by another removal van very last minute but West Country Movers accommodated us the very next day. Moving house is very stressful especially with a baby but you made it easier for us. Thank you so much to Rick who was very helpful on the phone and to Delvin and Chris who were very kind, efficient and honest as I overpaid them by mistake. They informed me about the overpayment and return the money. We would highly recommend you.

Amazing Seevice From a great team.
Easy from the very start till the very end

Moving house is a stressful experience for most people but on the day of my move Matt and Delvin, from West Country Movers, were cool, calm and collected, which made the day go as well as it could. They took care of everything, so a big huge THANK YOU to Matt and Delvin for all their help and professionalism. I would definitely use West Country Movers again.

Excellent professional service. Lovely team who made our move stress free which is exactly what you need!
