I made a web form enquiry via the Westside Services website for a RICS valuation and was provided a quote promptly at a competitive price. Booking the valuation was very easy, Casey replied quickly and efficiently. On the day of the valuation Barry arrived in plenty of time and was polite, friendly and courteous. Barry was honest and kept us updated at all times. A draft valuation was recieved in the agreed timescales and the payment process was simple. Following payment the full report was received promptly. We have used suveyors in the past and have found Westside Services by far the best for customer service price. 5 Stars, would highly reccomend.

We found Westside services online and had a quote from them that was sensible and suitable for the property. Really brilliant service from Casey and Jamie. This is the 2nd time I have used their service and it was excellent as usual. They had availability within 48 hours of first enquiry, the full survey report came within 5 working days. Their prices was to the lower end of what you would normally expect. Easily contactable (any queries were replied to within a day). Professional service throughout.

Casey is excellent regarding communication and booking in the survey. The surveyor Jamie rang after to go through the report before finalising and we have had no issues with receiving the report in a timely way.
