I got to know them when working for a large corporate agency, then when I moved on to a different employer, I took What Cleaning with me, and when I started my own business then What Cleaning were my go to cleaning company. I have seen and tried many cleaning companies, and hand on heart What Cleaning are the best cleaning company in business! Always polite, professional and thorough.

Everyone from the girls and the guys in the office to the cleaning teams - no fuss, no mucking about, no complaining, nothing is ever too much or too hard - just pure joy to work with! You save my sanity both in work and in life every single day and for that I am eternally grateful!

Excellent deep clean following a lot of maintenance work in my home. Cleaners were professional and very thorough in what they did. This is the 2nd time I have used Whatcleaning and will definitely use them again in the future.

Had an end of tenancy clean with them a month ago. Following the clean, I raised a concern regarding a damaged blind. I'm not entirely sure it was them however they sent an engineer out immediately and rectified. very happy with how they dealt with this ontop of a great clean. Would gladly use again.

Needed an end of tenancy clean conducted at short notice due to another company cancelling on us last minute. "What Cleaning" done a fantastic job facilitating our requirement at the 11th hour and the job carried out was impeccable.

cant fault these guys. turned up on time, dressed in uniform and all had a smile on their face. carried out our yearly spring clean and will definitely be using them before the family arrive for Xmas to whip the ovens and carpets into shape.

We booked an end of tenancy clean that on checking out of the property was marked as ‘less clean than a domestic clean’. While some areas were cleaned there was many places left with layers of dust. Even when provided with the evidence of the poor clean (including photos and inventory report) we were told by What Cleaning the property was only 5% less clean than the standard expected, which was clearly untrue and didn’t match the written and photographic evidence. We had previously used the company and were happy with the service and recommended to many people. Following this experience and the negative customer service when we tried to follow up, I would never use again or recommend. We were offered a reclean, however we repeatedly said this was not possible and the landlord would not grant access, as it was an end of tenancy clean.

Horrible experience with an end of tenancy clean. The flat was left absolutely filthy with the cleaners doing the bare minimum. The bathroom and living room floors were full of dirt, no dusting or cleaning of the cabinets, blinds, or anywhere not immediately visible. The walls of the bathroom were dirty, dishwasher and washing machine dirty. I called them to come back and clean again and instead of fixing the issue, they used some harsh product on my wood floors damaging them and resulting in me having to spend £1400 to resand and polish the floors. Cob webs on the walls. It was honestly the worst clean I have ever seen. I managed to finally get a refund for the clean but the damage they caused was far greater than the amount I got back and I had the spend my first weekend cleaning day and night. Avoid at all costs.

I was charged £570 for the clean, travelled very early from Milton Keynes to London to meet the team at 9am, only to have them show up 2 hours late and not complete the clean in time for my inventory clerk's arrival at 3pm (as had been promised in writing and over the phone).

Myself and the inventory clerk not only had our time wasted but the clerk also had to re-attend on a Sunday to complete the checkout outside of her usual working hours.

As the clean they provided in the end was of a good standard, they would not offer even a partial refund.

Yes, the clean was satisfactory but surely communication with and respect towards your customer and their time is just as important?

I would not use this company again and only did so because my landlord recommended them and heavily insinuated I would not get my deposit back if I used another company. Appalling customer service all round.
