Order went smoothly with Wheelbase but let down on the delivery date which I waited in two days after tracking my bike purchase. It eventually arrived three days late.
We phoned Wheelbase about reserving a particular bike they had in stock. They were happy to reserve the bike for us whilst I waited for my Cycle2work letter, paid a refundable deposit. Sent them the... もっと見る

Welcome to the UK's largest Cycle Store. We stock one of the UK's biggest selections of bikes from 15 of the world’s best brands like Trek, Cannondale, Cube, Focus, Whyte, Yeti and Frog to name but a few. Plus, the very best in clothing and equipment to help you enjoy the ride.
Today we are Wheelbase.co.uk, Wheelbase Lake District, Wheelbase Darlington and Wheelbase Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive and friendly store for everyone who loves cycling, whether that be road cycling, mountain biking, touring, commuting, family riding or e-Bikes.
We are a team united by a passion for bikes and we have a wide range of cycling experience amongst our sales staff, mechanics and mail order team.
Our passion for cycling is invested back into the sport through the sponsorship and support of our British Elite road race team Wheelbase CabTech Castelli.
Now in its 12th year, we hold our annual MTB demo weekend in April, attracting up to 250 riders to our Lake District store, often in spite of the wet Cumbrian weather. We have a great community of cyclists here in the Lake District and there are plenty of events going on throughout the year, including the 3 Valley Challenge in June, our Tour de Staveley in July and the Wheelbase Spring Classic in March. We offer backing to local organisations where possible and are great supporters of Kendal Cycle Club and Fix the Fells.

Great deal with the current “trade in”offer. This resulted in a really good discount on a review winning, in demand bike.
I’d also like to say that I’ve never seen a bike so carefully packaged for delivery.
Carefully and expertly protected in foam and pipe insulation and boxed to arrive with me completely unscathed.

Mis-sold then ghosted.
Purchased a bike listed as 2024 model and the one I received was a 2022. Their argument, it’s still the same bike in the range. My argument is that, whilst that might be true, the suspension, brakes etc. were manufactured in 2022 (which did result in the rear shock being warranty replaced) and that it was falsely advertised. They’ve ghosted me since. What would be fair would be to advertise as 22/24 model, so the purchaser has the info.

Ordered the bike online, it was dispatched quickly and pre built as much as possible. Just handlebars and wheels to attach. Bike very well wrapped and protected excellent work.
Shame the courier DX let them down by not delivering when it should have been

Discounted Cannondale Topstone
Really great discount deal on a new Cannondale Topstone bike.
Really quick delivery within a week.
Bike arrived really well packaged, and clearly minimal chance of damage in transit.
Would benefit providing some guidance notes regarding how to build bike and checks to undertake.
Would benefit including pedals.
