I was recommended Danny from Walker Wheeler by my Estate Agent. Danny took the time to discuss my requirements, and came up with as close to what I had hoped for. He ran through a shortlist of mortgages and clearly explained the pros and cons, and fees of each mortgage. I came away from the meeting impressed and pleased with my choice of mortgage. Danny also kept me up-to-date, and worked quickly to get the ball rolling, and kept my estate agent up to date. Once I provided all the proof of income, and bank statements I was phoned by Danny to tell me I was accepted for a mortgage the same day, which usually takes around 2 weeks. Off course it helps to have a high credit score, but to be accepted the same day also shows to me how much the lender has faith in Danny. DANNY CHURCH of Wheeler and Walker was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He kept me upto date and informed every step of the way and gave me plenty of information to make informed decisions.
Mortgage applications can be scary but he made it feel easy and reassuring. The company in general was fantastic but Danny in particular is an absolute asset to the company.
