This is my first time buying a house and Danny has helped me amazingly I wouldn’t of known where to start without him.
I would recommend him to anyone.
He is always on the other end of an email or the phone if I need anything at all and explains things if I don’t understand. He has kept me calm during the stress of buying a house

My experience with Danny church at wheeler and walker was a good one, he was friendly and professional and happy to answer any of my queries.
He made what is usually stressful easy for me, and i would use him again in the future as well as recommend him to others.

Dealing with Danny has been an absolute pleasure. As a first time buyer this was an extremely daunting process, Danny made all the steps clear and concise and was always happy to answer any questions we had.

We also have to note his efficiency when having to complete our mortgage application in one day!

I meant to change this at the time in 2021. I found a much better deal with my home insurances a year later.

Also I was advised by the insurance company on a phonecall to them to explain I had actually moved from my old address to my new (mortgaged) one, that my life cover didn't automatically pay my mortgage. I was shocked by this apparently a special form hadn't been sent to them.
I sought another IFAs help then and advice when remortgaging this year.

I wasn't offered a refund of the fees I was charged for the services provided by them either.

Here they are thanking me days ago for a review I wrote in 2020 even though I complained, asked for all my documentation etc
That in itself is beyond belief!!

For quite a while now I have been in touch with Danny Church - initially looking to purchase a shared ownership.

I have always found him extremely helpful, he responds as soon as he is able (phone and/or email) and he just doesn't give the basic advice (I am a 1st time buyer so need to know everything!!). His help was invaluable and although I know I have caused him headaches he would never admit it.

Seriously though I couldn't ask for someone better to guide me through the process of buying my first home. I recommend him very highly and will always seek his advice on any financial decisions I make in the future.
