The Second that time DHL courier has


The Second that time DHL courier has had my package held in customs for 3 weeks now. The last time took 6 weeks. And I reodered with UPS and it came in 5 days. Still says on hold today, Use UPS.

Terrible customer service and no resolution offered to offset the $500 expense to myself

Hi there and thanks for your review. Instructions have been transparent both in FAQ and Terms and conditions about game rules in Australia. We are unfortunately not able to refund orders where they have not been followed and therefore denied by customs.

Shipping was fast, compared to other stores, products is pretty good, but the fact that I have a flavor that I settled for makes me think that the variety is lacking. the ability to pay the duties in transit was convenient and no doubt was a part of the reason that it passed customs easily, but slightly more expensive.

Sad Australian

The idiot Australian government has effectively banned nicotine pouches. The TGA have decided that if they "ban" nicotine pouches they will reduce their use; however decades of rapidly expanding crime gangs and a flourishing black market prove otherwise. The TGA will pat themselves on the back, and the crime gangs will get a 10% bump in profits.
I've been reliably using White Pouches for a couple of years and am very sad that I will have to stop using a solid, legitimate business, which provides a high-quality Swedish product that I can trust. Instead I will now turn to the black market in Australia and get god knows what, probably from China.
Thank you White Pouches - if Australia comes to its senses I'll be back in a shot.
I am aware that nicotine pouches are government-approved, and endorsed by Swedish health authorities; I would love for White Pouches to use their contacts in either of these spaces to apply any pressure they can to the Australian government and the TGA to reverse this stupid decision.
