Inconsistent product availability.

Whitepouches use to send an extra puck or candies on larger orders. This order came through with nothing.
The selection of products on the website has been very inconsistent which has made it hard to find the flavours I like.
I’m considering using a different site for my next purchase.
And no loyalty program!!

Hi there and thanks for your review. Extra pucks are sent to first time customers and when we have a campaign together with a brand. Candies should be sent with all orders so that was a mistake by our staff. We try to have no products sold out but sometimes brands have problems with production and then it can happen, please contact us at support@whitepouches.com if you have certain products you are missing. If you are ordering from Canada both ON and Killa have discontinued their light assortment, this is unfortunately out of our control. We have a loyalty programme for most countries, please contact us if you are experiencing problems to register. We can also backdate old orders and add points for them so you do not miss points you are eligated to have.

This is a complete scam.

This is a scam. They purposefully don’t mark their packaging that it’s not a tobacco product so that it gets stopped by customs and their delivery partner DHL makes more money with every delivery. They purposefully make their packages look suspicious so they get stopped by customs for this disgusting company to make more money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES

Hi Serge. That customs examine the products we sell are standard procedure. From what I can see your first 2 orders have been delivered and order 3 is out for delivery with courier at the moment.
