I've used Waleed from my entry…
I've used Waleed from my entry clearance, extension and now my ILR application for spouse.
He always is professional by responding to any questions or concerns we had.
The ILR application was the last hurdle and we didn't meet the financial requirement.
My husband changed from empliyed to unemployed and many months later he became a carer for his ill mother.
We felt it was unfair that my husband didn't have all the documents for being a carer and we didn't want to apply for extension or put under 10 year route.
Thankfully waleed put a strong case for us and the Home Office accepted his arguments and gave me ILR.
I am so relieved that I've had waleed throughout our journey. Some people think they can do cases themselves but the amount of stress that comes with it is too much and its best to have in my eyes the best uk immigration solicitor.
Thanks once again waleed from all of us.

Spousal + dependent visa to the UK
We made an application for a spousal visa together with a dependent visa for our son.
We had concerns over the complexity of the process and, given the cost, we were worried of making a mistake. When you plan to move your family to a different country you want to reduce any uncertainty as much as possible.
We found Waleed by a simple Google search and decided that we could trust the excellent reviews we read online. Additionally, having the chance to set up a first video call put our mind at easy that we did not need to commit from the start.
Waleed was very clear laying out our options and explaining the process and timeline. Even though everything was done remotely, having the possibility to easily set up video calls reassured us about Waleed's competence and professional attitude.
Even after we submitted the application, Waleed was available to answer our questions and doubts on the steps needed to finalise the process.
Finally we had a positive outcome and received our visas. I would strongly advise anyone to hire Waleed for visa and immigration matters to the UK. We had overall a very positive experience and we are happy with made this choice.

I give Waleed Hassan 5 stars for all…
I give Waleed Hassan 5 stars for all the work he has done for our organisation. Waleed supported our organisation to apply for the Skilled Worker Sponsorship Licences. The application was a daunting process and Waleed simplified it all the way through. He was very thorough and he is one of the most excellent solicitors I have seen.
All the work was completed remotely without the need for a face to face meeting, step by step explanations and clarifications completed on zoom meetings. I want to say here that Waleed is understanding of people's needs and he never get's tired of explaining things clearly. He is patient and his clients always have access to him as appropriate.
Waleed goes above and beyond for his clients and I am glad I chose him to do all our work. We have been successful in getting the Sponsorship Licences which was much needed. I have taken this time to write this lengthy compliment as he has completed other work for us also.

I used WH Solicitors spouse document…
I used WH Solicitors spouse document checking service as I wanted to ensure that my final application which was ILR went through successfully without any problems. I did not want my application be delayed or be refused. I was under so much stress.I'm so relieved and happy that I used the service as WHS identified many mistakes in my application and there were some missing documents. Mr Hassan who reviewed my case gave me a report that told me what was okay, what was missing or was an issue. I also liked how he suggested what further documents or information that I should add. We didn't have much money to instruct WHS for them to do the whole case as we wanted a priority service from the home office for decision within 24 hours. My husband and my children wanted to go on holiday soon. Thank you to WHS for providing a valuable service. I would recommend others to go for thier full package but if you can't afford it or think you can do it by yourself then the documents checking service is a great service you should use. Now after our family holiday I will use whs for my citizenship application.

I was very worried and concerned about…
I was very worried and concerned about applying for my son's naturalization, until I spoke to Waleed at WH solicitors. He explained everything and answered my questions which put me at rest. Even though all my previous applications were handled by Waleed successfully I was naturally concerned as this case was involving my son, I was overwhelmed with happiness when my application came back as positive as this was a complex case. I was in a need of a reliable and…
I was in a need of a reliable and experienced solicitor who could help me apply for my Naturalization Citizenship as I was worried about certain aspects of my application. I searched and came across WH Solicitors as I read great reviews on all social review platforms such as Facebook, Trust pilot etc. Waleed assured me we could overcome my situation as he would write a strong representation to justify my reasonings. The whole procedure was very seamless. I was able to call or book an appointment using the online portal which was so handy and convenient. Waleed is a very kind hearted person but yet very professional and well clued on. Most of appointments were booked ether video or telephone which meant I did not have to travel therefore saved me fuel. If I had any question, I would email Waleed and in return I would get a very swift response. I was kept well informed of the stages of my application. I would defiantly recommend this firm for friends and family because the communication is so clear, Waleed explains everything and always assures me everything will be okay and on that note my application has been granted. One happy lady, all thanks Waleed.
