I contacted WH Solicitors to apply for…
I contacted WH Solicitors to apply for a Spouse Visa. The reason I contacted Waleed is because I’ve known Waleed for over 10 ears now, when he used to work in another firm. My situation was complex but Waleed assured me my wife's application would go through and I have nothing to worry about. He contacted my accountant and made my accountant prepare report the way it should be, correcting them, when necessary, without input from me. The whole process of my application was seamless. The level of service your receive from Waleed and his team are on point. Considering everything was done remotely, and without the need to have a face-to-face meeting made the whole process a lot easier and saved me a lot of time. I live 40 to 50 miles away from his office, therefore, Waleed explaining to me things clearly made it easy for me to understand his instructions. He sent me everything by email regarding what documents I needed to send over to him, honestly, it made my life a lot easier. I also like to mention, whenever I wanted to speak to Waleed, his team would arrange that for me and book me in as soon as possible, I did not have to chase. Waleed also kept me informed of any updates we may have had from Home Office, which was really nice, again did not have to chase. If I ever had any trouble understanding something, I would always send a private message to Waleed on WhatsApp and Waleed or his team would always respond. My bundle was prepared well and copy was also sent to me which was really handy. Waleed, also informed me my application could take up to 3 months, and guess what he was right because the decision was made within 3 moths and now my wife is he with me right now. I went to collect my wife from Afghanistan and the situation turned for worse. I kept in contact with Waleed and he kept in touch me telling the best way to come to the UK with whatever he had. Honestly, speaking Waleed is such a trustworthy and knowledgeable person. I have already recommended friends and family who Waleed is also doing their application and would certainly recommend anyone who needs assistance in their immigration matter

Very nice experience with WH…
I applied for a Skilled Visa Application. I was on the search on google to find a good knowledgeable Immigration solicitor who would process my application. I was also recommended by a friend to use WH Solicitors as he also had a fantastic experience with Mr. Hassan. Mr. Hassan explained to me the requirements that needs to be met under the Immigration rule. Mr. Hassan clearly explained the process. I felt comfortable and confident and at that point I realized Mr. Hassan was very professional with his work and knew what he was doing. Considering everything was done remotely, the level of service provided by Mr. Hassan was above and beyond. We communicated by email, phone calls and WhatsApp messages. I work 40 hours a week and live in East London so not being able to have a face-to-face appointment did not concern me, in fact I preferred the video calls instead. It was a trouble-free experience. I have never chased for an update from Mr. Hassan as he would always send me a message informing me the updates on the progress of my application. My whole experience with Mr. Hassan has been a pleasant one and I would certainly recommend family and friends to use WH Solicitors. (If there is anyone reading these reviews and need help with their immigration matter all I can say don’t hesitate you'll be in the best hands of Mr. Hassan.

Mr Hassan helped me with my citizenship application, he was very helpful throughout the whole process. He made the whole process really easy to follow ! EU settlement scheme family permit
I found this company searching on Google about what can I do if I still didn't receive any answer from the Home Office after almost 1 year for my wife's EU settlement scheme family permit application. On their website I discovered that I can contact my MP, about pre-action protocol letter, judicial review etc, so I decided to make an appointment to see what happens. The booking system was very easy, as an existing client or as a new client, and you receive reminders on the phone, you can't miss it. I had doubts when I made this appointment because I never believed that a relation solicitor - client can have any results remotely, or a solicitor can be professional to take a case seriously on the phone, but I had nothing to lose after so many previous experiences with clowns-solicitors. I received the call exactly when was booked, and I was sure that will be a short discussion without any change to make a difference in my case. Despite my doubts, the discussion took more than 45min and he was exactly what I was looking for months, was visible that he knew everything and he had answers to all my queries. My relation with the solicitor continued exactly like I expected from a solicitor to be. I called my wife and I told her that finally I found the right solicitor, and if we don't get the visa with him who knows everything, we will never get it. What I appreciated the most is that he did things at the right time only, not in rush just to take your money, despite the pandemic situation. He accepted to go to Court only when was the right time to do this and win the case, his professional letters to the Home Office/Court confirm that you can't lose.
My wife received finally the visa and I know that nothing will be enough to say thank you Waleed Hassan !

Highly recommended, Waleed is definitely a great and caring solicitor,very professional always correct and helpful. ILR settlement for children

Success in ILR Case
ILR application for myself my child and husband granted.
Waleed previously advised me of my case when he was supervisor at a previous firm. He then left the firm, but he left a very good impression on me. Because of his approach my appeal was allowed at the time.
I needed to apply for further extension to my case, and I recall before Waleed mentioned to my caseworker about the ILR eligibility.
So I searched everywhere online for him, and finally found him and asked him about my application. It was amazing that after few years I last saw him, he remembered my case.
I asked him if I could get ILR, even though I had 6 months gaps, and many refusal decisions. He got my complete file from the Home Office and after reviewing it, he was confident that they Home Office made a mistake and really I was lawful.
Waleed made very strong representations highlighting my immigration history with supporting evidence and proof.
The Home Office considered my application, and sent Waleed an email that I was not eligible for ILR and that we should get visa under human rights. Mr Hassan immediately responded and put the Home Office caseworker that his decision was wrong and the legal representations were not followed. That if the Home office still maintained the ILR refusal then he would do a court challenge.
Few days later, the caseworker agreed and gave ILR!
By getting ILR, I have saved myself many years and thousands and thousands of pounds as I don’t need to make future applications.
He was caring and understanding with my situation and made me feel at ease.
Waleed has always been patience and listened to all my concerns, even if I did not understand, He was always willing to explains thing multiple times.
Waleed has always explain to me in very simple English and if I still did not understand he would speak to me in my language.
It was very easy to contact Waleed by email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Time to time he would always update me on my case and would inform me of any updates that have been made by HO or himself.
I would recommend clients to Mr Hassan, whilst im writing this review I have recommend few clients to the firm believing they will get the same level of service as me.

Spouse visa application and express approval
I was separated from my wife and son for more than 5 years because they are living in the UK while i was back in Nigeria. My wife reviewed previous comments and posts about the firm which she gained confidence and engaged the services of Mr. Hassan for a spouse dependent visa. Everything was done online, phone, zoom and email because she never met him one on one. Everything was explained to her understanding which eased the submission of the needed documents by scanning. I was also contacted in Nigeria and i furnished Mr. Hassan with all my documents through email. He followed to the latter and i was granted spouse dependent visa in a single application. Even to the point of delivery of my travel documents, Mr. Hassan followed up to ensure the courier firm delivered it to me in Nigeria. Today i am proud to say I am together with my family in the UK. Mr. Hassan did excellently well and i would not hesitate to recommend this firm to as much people that are in need of visa for travels. Once again thank you for your excellent services.

My partner’s Entry clearance application was sorted by Mr Waleed Hassan.
we didn’t know any of the rules or the process. We were completely new to this and didn’t know where to start or what option we had from applying inside UK or from applying outside of the UK.
We were concerned that my partner who was illegal in the UK and had used different identity could pose a problem to the case. Mr Hassan told us the difference of applying in the UK and applying from outside, what problems we have in the case and what to argue to convince the Home Office.
We decided to apply from abroad.
We were recommended by a friend who also had a hard case and his case was sorted as well.
The level of service received From Waleed was always high standard and Mr Hassan always responded swiftly to us.
We received a positive outcome was very happy and my partner has a visa under the 5 year route.
Mr Hassan explained everything very easily and gave us all the option and was happy what he suggested.
He was very accommodating despite we had a change of direction he guided us to the right option
He was very clear and explained things properly to us. My partner doesn’t have a strong grasp of English and Mr. Hassan made it very easy for him to understand Hassan explained all the terminology in a very simple manner.
He was very easy to contact the firm and always quick responses. He kept me informed throughout my application and emailed different stuff . He preparation of the case was good and gave us a copy of the whole file to show what work was done.
