My spouse appeal allowed against 320(11)refusal .I am very grateful and forever pray for waleed sir jee that my spouse visa appeal is allowed .I was refused because i came to the uk using deception which i accepted .home office made others reason to refuse like i made so many application to stay in uk, that i did not report and make asylum claim.i did these to be with beloved husband.I was removed and made spouse application from my home country.My husband and i were really sad that the case was refused.We spoke to many immigration Solicitors and they give free advice saying that 100 percent we win and not explaining why we will 100 percent.We were not sure and found WH Solicitors.He charged for his time but it was worth every penny.He spent time with us and explain what he will argue and what problems we have.Without hesitation we instructed him even though he was more expensive than other immigration lawyers.He broke the fee down and justify what he will do.He was worth every penny and i can finally finally finally stay in the uk with my husband and build a better future for us.We can't express our gratitude enough.WH Solicitors.Thank you Waleed

I’m so thankful for contacting WH Solicitors, I had hired an advisor to help with my Spousal Visa, however, after receiving devastating news that it had been denied , it was discovered that things had not been done accordingly. After going through months of trying, I happen to find WH Solicitors while looking for some help, Mr. Waleed Hassan was very kind to send me information that would be useful in helping out my situation, and getting me back home with my husband.

I approached W H Solicitor, namely Waleed Hassan. I had arrived in the UK in 2017 and I had no legal status. I was blessed with a child who is a British.. Waleed has been absolutely fantastic from the beginning. Myself and my partner were in a desperate situation, when his appeal for his visa was denied. My partner has been in the country nearly 20 years, however had some previous complications with visas, and now faced the frightening thought of being detained and sent back to Malaysia. I frantically searched for immigration lawyers within a reasonable distance from where I am living, and stumbled across Waleed, as he had fantastic reviews. In December 2015, I applied for my ILR. Unfortunately, I used the wrong representatives who advised me very poorly and my application got very complicated. Certain important information was not included and the home office refused my application.

Deportation and bail. I want to say a big thank you for waleed for getting me released from prison without going through the bail process.
