I wanted to apply for a sous visa for my wife. I went to a firm of solicitors who promised me everything will be handled smoothly. The fees they charged me looked good. However it was clear when starting the case that I was just a number.to them. I would wait couple of days for my emails to be responded and the same for my call. The solicitor wasnt dealing with my case but a paralegal or someone who I never met.

I saw a post on Facebook which my friend like about an immigration firm. I called for telephone appointment and spoke to Mr Hassan. Mr waleed took time to explain the requirements and documents needed which my previous solicitor didn't. I guess that is what you get when you take free consultation.

Mr Hassan fees were higher than my previous Solicitors but I was really impressed with him. He told me that his policy was to respond to all email withings 24 working hours and that he has online calendar which I can book anytime to speak to.me. this was great and waleed lived to his promises.

My wife Visa was allowed within 8 weeks. Many thanks to waleed for the great service.

My visit Visa was refused and I lodged a judicial review application to challenge the refusal with the help of Mr waleed Hassan. The judicial review was successful and the entry clearance officer agreed to reconsider my case as they accepted that they did not consider all my case properly. Our issue? How to enable our long-term, long-distance relationship to move, with our son, to the UK. We had lots of advice from friends of friends who had faced something similar but none exactly the same – countries, religion, child custody etc. We also received contacts for legal advisors or ‘do-it-yourself’ approaches, but we wanted someone who we could speak to face-to-face and to avoid the uncertainty of picking our own way through the regulations and bureaucracy.
WH Solicitors were one of a number who appeared on a web search of the area, but we were particularly attracted because of their focus on immigration issues. This was confirmed by a brief phone conversation followed by a conference. It was immediately apparent that they knew what they were talking about – listening to our situation, asking pertinent questions and then outlining several routes we could consider.
After due consideration and further discussions, we selected an approach which suited our circumstances taking into account timings, availability to travel and legal background. Once agreed, WH Solicitors provided checklists of evidence required, pro forma for references etc together with details of the fees and timescales for applications. We were provided with a secure cloud site, sub-divided for each part of the documentation, which was reviewed by WH Solicitors as we gathered and up-loaded the information. Finally, they submitted the application plus supporting evidence and talked us through the fee payments.
During the six months between initial introduction to submission, WH Solicitors were always readily available, clearly explaining our options and offering support along the way to ultimately a successful conclusion. They are a small operation and extremely nice to deal with. We submitted an application for a settlement visa my partner is from Barbados.
This was a daunting task but Waleed was great even meeting me at the weekend so that we could get all the documents together.
He always responded quickly to any concerns we had and was even available when we had to call from Barbados.
Our application did take a long time however Waleed was always calm and positive and his knowledge of the system was spot on.

Refused visit Visa overturned by pre action protocol. I want to share my story and experience of services provided by Mr. Waleed. Few years back, my Ex-wife along with my children claimed asylum in the UK. I applied an application for a 2 year visit visa so that I could meet my children. My naturalisation application was refused on the basis of good character. The Home Office said that I was not a good character person because I was working illegally, and that I was illegal with no permission to work.

I had to switch my application from a spousal visa to the parental route application.
