Problematic No Refund Policy
While I have purchased and loved WWâs swimsuits for my wife, I was really disappointed that WW has moved to a NO REFUND policy. Instead, they offer only either an exchange or store credit.
Our practice is to order 6-8 different items to try on, then keep anywhere from 4 or 5 to all of them. But sometimes several might not work out. Knowing that, now, under WWâs current no refund policy, we would be required to purchase no more than one or two at a time, then send them back if they donât work, and order another one or two, and so on. Otherwise, we would have potentially hundreds of dollars in store credit that we really donât need. What a hassle and time drain!
I have no problem spending $500-$1000 on my wife for clothing and swim wear at a time, especially for clothing as cute as WWâs.
We really love your stuff WW, but this no refund policy may be good for WW, but not for your customers. We think youâll lose some strong customers because of it. Unfortunate. We found some things we like at Skinz and Truhani.
