Wickes - Barking レビュー 

Hello,
First visit to Barking Wickes a very large store.

I was assisted by Ms Rupal she was excellent chatty and friendly and so jolly how staff use to be she was a breath of fresh air.

Kind and very considerate a true asset to the company.

Design Consultant came to visit not interested to give me the primary price quotation and design idea until I confirm that I will go with wickes.

Waited 30mins to seek some advise, after waiting the 1person on the shop floor decided to take a 30min break.
Asked the 2till staff they just said you need to wait and there were 3customers all waiting for assistance.
I left without the product I went in for ie 4radiators
Very poor customer service (in this case no service)

Absolutely agree with all the reviews on poor kitchen Installations.

Initially told everything is included and the fit will be to a high standard, they will do touch ups etc to ensure its all cosmetically pleasing. Not the case, the subcontractors are not bothered and keep asking for more money. Refuse to do the basics. Have literally destroyed the cupboard interiors with their cowboy cutting of shelves. Won't amend or redo parts they have done incorrectly. Won't plaster the walls where they have run electrics as it will all be covered by the units apparently. Happy to mount the units on uneven unfinished walls. Rubbish workmanship.

Have shattered the floor tiles yet ignore you if mentioned and Wickes merely advise you to speak to them directly like we have spare tiles laying around for a refit.

Extortionate amount for fitting, almost 40% of the kitchen value yet nothing seems to be included. Everything is too much of an ask for both wickes and the subcontractors, absolutely not one cares.

Awful and stressful experience. Better to choose someone else for a kitchen and better still hire your own people to fit the kitchen. Almost 6K for fitting down the drain for minimal service.

Do not recommend at all.

Great, barking borh kofi, and eunice ar the desk where super helpful and paticant. The best customer service.

Useless and slow….not enough staff

Had to make my way to Wickes due to a failed and disappointing experience with a competitor! From the moment I got there, I felt welcomed and Safe! Met the amazing Sonia and colleagues that were very helpful from the beginning to the end! I really appreciate her help and patience with myself and my mother. Really appreciate Sonia, her colleagues and managers.

Designer rushing the process for me to commit to a kitchen and bathroom purchase. I have yet to see the products in person and to see If it is something I want to spend my hard earned cash on. Also booking me in to come into the store without even asking my availability. Too many assumptions are made and is rushing me. Not good and now I feel that I ought to go elsewhere.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the Barking store.

Sonia at the counter personally escorted me to the product after a shop floor colleague was unhelpful.

Went into store to make some paint choices and buy insulation materials. We were pleasantly surprised at the customer service. Rupali is a breath of fresh air. I don’t know how the place would run without her. So warm and full of common sense. Got everything we needed so very satisfied. Made a stressful shop very easy. She went out of her way to help even though she was rushed off her feet. I hope Wickes appreciate her.

Popped into Wickes to pick up some fencing materials. Found Chaz extremely helpful and patient - took his time to explain and guide me.

And Sonia took good care of me at the tills - very pleasant lady.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rupali a few months ago while processing a refund, and I can’t say enough about how exceptional she was. I visited Wickes Barking to enquire about a bathroom suite where I spoke with a lady called Sonia who was so professionally competent and knowledgeable about the products.
I left the store with all the information I needed on a print out and will be definitely purchasing my bathroom suite from Wickes.

Rupali and her team were excellent. Seriously, really good. I'm not tech savy but to get an order set up and delivery date sent to me in 5 minutes can't fault it. B and Q was hard work.

I had to make an exchange on a digital order. Rupali and her team in Barking were on top of the issue rapidly. Only at Wicked would you get fast service like this. Thank you.

Adeel was very helpful at the checkouts at Wickes in barking - very knowledgeable on the products and gave me some great building advice - I would definitely recommend a trip to wickes in barking!
