Just bought a kitchen from wicks omg amazing lovely girl called zoe came out to my home measured chatted about what I wanted.she was very knowledgeable about everything.she designed my kitchen exactly how I wanted id had a rough few days before I met zoe as moving is so stressful zoe from wicks made me smile and when she showed me what she had done I honestly was overwhelmed thank you zoe for all your help your kindness and obvious your design for me if I could give 100 stars it wouldn't be enough thank you now let's get down for the bathroom one amazing lady credit to her job also id like to add the price was totally in my budget wasn't expensive as id imagined also zoe came to see me today re bathroom she bought me a lovely candle 😊

From the initial design through to delivery and the final build, Wickes delivered an excellent service. Everything ran to plan with no major issues, and the regular updates throughout made the process so much more convenient than managing it on my own.
The installation team at Piervale were also brilliant—their workmanship was top-notch, and they kept me loop-in on every decision during the fit. I couldn't be happier with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to use Wickes again.

I bought some tiles back in June this year. I needed to return 3 packs of them as i ordered too many. Since the 3rd July I have been trying to get them to come for them and give me a refund. Now today I've spoken with a lovely lady from customer service and she has said that the supplier will not come for them as its past my 30 days . I explained to her it is now but I've rang every other day to get these sent back and no one has done anything about it, its not my fault the 30 days have expired. So now I'm not entitled to a refund and its over 140 pounds. Im disabled and live on my own its ridiculous how they treat people. I've asked for a manager to ring me as im taking this further, but I know I won't get a call .so it will be legal advice I need. And to the person who reads this and asks for more information to get this sorted dont bother as im still waiting for your company to sort out my bathroom carry on.

I placed an order today it arrived the courier came to the wrong entrance when I pulled him on this, I was met with... Do you know this is a kerbside delivery. When other couriers delivered from wicks they don't seem to have issues only this one. I cancelled the delivery. My order was 7005011

From planning stage through to completion I received a professional friendly approach when working with the staff at Wickes Stockton. A special shout out to David who sorted the kitchen and utility design and making sure every item was on the order. After fitting the kitchen I needed a couple of additional items not on the original order, again David went above and beyond in sorting these items. Thank you!

I would also like to give a big shout out to the two delivery lads who done a tremendous job taking care with the items on delivery day. It was a larger than average delivery.

So really happy with the service and very happy with the quality of the kitchen and utility items from Wickes.

Popped in to store today for a paint sample. Was given assistance by Craig, great attitude & perfect level of assistance provided. Got exactly what I needed, no fuss, straight away - perfect transaction - thanks Craig!

Been in and out of wickes past month or so as getting work done at the new house, always found staff to be pleasant, helpful and customer focused. Been today to return what hadn't been used and what I thought would be a chore, multiple receipts, holding up a que, waiting for the manager etc, was again handled quickly without issue and I was out in 5 mins. Guy behind the desk, Craig, swept through it in no time, job well done 👍🏻

Our experience with Wickes for our kitchen was amazing from start to finish. When our design consultant Zoe came out to measure up she really listened to what we wanted from our kitchen so when we came into store to see our kitchen plan there wasn't anything to change as she had nailed the vision we had! No question was too big or too small and the whole process was so easy for us. When the kitchen was ordered, we soon heard from our installer James at Piervale. James came out to do the pre-install survey with his colleague Steve who were both very professional and easy to talk to. After 4 weeks we were ready for the install which James and Steve got finished in just 2 and a half days! We are so happy with our finished kitchen and couldn't recommend Wickes enough for a solid and beautiful kitchen.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience of a bathroom installation purchased through Wickes.

The installation was eventually completed in October 2025, but only after four separate installation attempts due to repeated workmanship issues. Within approximately two months of the final installation, defects became apparent in the shower enclosure, including movement of the wall panels, separation at the panel joint, failure of the silicone sealant and movement within the shower tray.

These issues were reported to Wickes in January 2026. An inspection arranged by Wickes in April 2026 recorded that the panel joint had opened by approximately 1–1.5mm, that the joint trim was protruding by 2–3mm and that sealant was failing. Despite this, the proposed solution was simply to reseal and colour-fill the affected areas without identifying the underlying cause.

I subsequently contacted the panel manufacturer directly. Their technical team reviewed photographs and information relating to the installation and stated that the issues suggested the panels had not been fitted correctly, citing concerns regarding insufficient adhesive and sealant application.

Despite this independent assessment, Wickes have continued to maintain that the installation meets the required standard and have declined to accept responsibility for the underlying cause of the defects.

My concern is not simply that a gap appeared, but that a bathroom installation which initially appeared acceptable developed significant movement and sealant failure within a matter of weeks. To date, no satisfactory explanation has been provided as to why this occurred.

After four installation attempts and many months of correspondence, inspections and complaints, I remain disappointed by both the quality of the workmanship and the handling of the complaint.

Based on my experience, I would be cautious about using Wickes for a bathroom installation project.

Over the moon with our new bespoke kitchen! The finish, quality and colour are all spot on. The tiles look amazing too. All the trades men involved with the fit, electrician, plumber, tiler, and kitchen fitter, worked to a high standard.

Our appointment with Ryan regarding our kitchen planning was a very good experience He listened to our ideas and what we wanted and advised us on what would work best. There was no pressure sales and he discussed all options for payment etc . He was upfront about any additional costs and found us the best deal possible. Thankyou

I wanted to leave feedback for the Stockton branch, outstanding service every time, the staff are fantastic and a credit to Wickes. They go above and beyond. Thank you to the Stockton branch staff you’re amazing!

I have given this low score ,having tried for two hours to organise a trade pro delivery, online system was not working properly. Soil had to go into the stockton branch. This procedure took so long whilst staff assisted me trying to do my whole order manually, so this took such a long time still had problems with the delivery.
So eventually after spending around £1,500 ,two weeks later I received a parking fine for £60 I was not familiar with this stores 90 minutes max stay i was a little over the time but nobody even pointed out to me about any parking times ,there is no announcements or any clear signs ,
This is because Wickes stockton want you their own customers to get fined after taking all our money, This is a disappointing experience and I will not be supporting a company that,as I have been told many of these big stores set up parking restrictions that are well below the normal stay times to boast profits and deliberately delay customers to let them get tickets to boost profits, maybe that's why there are no signs reminding you about this unfair time to park.
Wickes stockton your parking times are immoral and you have lost a customer of 20 years

Zoe Collier, our Wickes Design Consultant, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After our initial discussion, we quickly arranged a Measurement Appointment where we discussed initial ideas and made some recommendations. Our final design visit saw Zoe take us through each element, answering questions and showing how our design will look. Finally, discussions regarding finance were handled very professionally. Overall, we would highly recommend people speaking to Zoe to begin their new bathroom journey.

Wickes donated compost and bark for our school garden. Staff were incredibly helpful instore. Students had an excellent time using this to help tidy our growing area up. We can't thank you enough. We have had to wait for the weather to improve slightly! We have taken pictures but sadly we cannot add them here.

Purchased a kitchen today via Rob at the Stockton branch. Rob was very helpful and listened to what was wanted and gave knowledgeable suggestions of options available. Rob made the process stress free!

Great to go in with ideas and then lots of help to finalise what I wanted. Couple of unforeseen issues, but they were sorted by the installer who was great.

I bought a lot of plasterboard with extras was very happy with my purchase top quality but the best bit was the delivery cost hardly anything so will be buying again

I’ve always admired the quality of wickes kitchens so today I took the plunge and bought one ! And I must say the kitchen designer Robert Morrison was first class with his advice and tips because I’m going to do the fitting myself ! I’ve got a fantastic quality kitchen at fantastic price, with £2,154 discount and a top notch free tap , thank you Wickes
