Wickes - Watford レビュー 

It was my lucky day when I met up with Tom Collins at Wickes, Watford. He meticulously planned a kitchen and 2 bathrooms for me. I loved the new navy kitchen I chose with the beautiful worktop. The bathrooms were well planned. The fitters, Softwood Beech, fitted everything to perfection. Wickes and Softwood Beech are a winning team! I am over the moon with all that Tom Collins planned.

I ordered a replacement kitchen base unit on 20th Nov with a design consultant. A week had lapsed since and no news on delivery. Tried to contact “customer service” several times as requested by Watford branch and my calls are keep disconnected after a long wait. Frustrating.

I ordered a kitchen at watford store with designer then decided to cancel as I could not find a fitter to take on flat packed units. I have waited 2 weeks now for a refund as I paid up front. They are blaming it on IT issues. That was one week ago. Still I have no refund and needing the money to pay for magnet kitchens. I have now lost the discount from magnets and now will only get 50% discount rather than 83% they offered me if I ordered and placed a deposit by 13 th November
Would never go to wickes again I am extremely unhappy with there refund delay

I regularly visit Wicks - Watford and have always received extremely helpful advice and service from all the staff, but particularly Gordon who has helped me recently.

Our new kitchen has just been completed and we are delighted with it. Our designer Amy listened to what our requirements were, she was informative and did a great job with the design. She kept in-touch throughout the process and was quick to reply to any queries we had. James the kitchen fitter has a good eye for detail and did a great job on the installation. All in all a good experience. Thank you.

Despite making comments of complaint and supplying personal details to tne company, they don't bother to communicate or find out what the issue is. Beware, if things go wrong they aren't bothered!

Great customer service, very helpful and even found me some extra locks.

Wickes Watford are staffed by a great team......always helpful. If I had to single a member of the team out who is always outstanding it would be Maria. She has worked at the branch for a long time and as I'm a regular customer I can honestly say that she works very hard to ensure that customers experience the very best service that Wickes try to offer. Tom was very friendly from the outset. Always at the end of the phone. Replied to messaged both voice and text promptly. Excellent 1-2-1 service with excellent knowledge about products. We had to return 3 bits of a large order (not anything to do with quality) and refunded within the hour. Thank you for your assistance.
