Wigmore Jones レビュー

Wigmore Jones acted quickly and efficiently after our initial enquiry, and and managed to build in a degree of flexibility and open-endedness to our lease which was ideal for our needs. During our tenancy they dealt quickly with issues which arose occasionally, and at the end tidied loose ends with a minimum of fuss. We wholeheartedly recommend their service if you are looking to rent in west London.

We’d been renting through Wigmore Jones for 4,5 years, and it’d been a very pleasant experience throughout our tenancy. Quick and effective communication, and very friendly and understanding team!

Wigmore Jones have done a fantastic job managing our London property for the last 8 years. Very responsive, great attention to details, very professional and knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure to Joe, Harriet and the Wigmore team

During the nine years I spent in London, I experienced the worst with real estate agencies but Wigmore Jones is certainly part of the best ones, if not the best.
All the requests and queries can be managed online and communication has always been easy and open.
When I had to leave London and terminate my tenancy agreement, the smoothness of the process with Wigmore Jones made my move back to Switzerland much easier.
In the future, if I ever move back to London, I know which real estate agency I will contact to find me my new flat.

Have been a client for a number of years and having used other real estate agencies previously can say that the service provided by Wigmore Jones is incomparable! Everything is always kept in order, done on time, meticulously looked after and worry free! strongly recommend!

I recently found out that my landlord was no longer leasing my flat on a long haul plane ride back to the US. This meant I'd only have 4 weeks when I returned to find a new place in a crazy London market. Therefore I started searching remotely for a property. Harriet was extremely accommodating to my situation - booking me into a virtual viewing on a very popular property that rented in 24 hours. I was thrilled to secure the flat - Harriet was tremendously helpful and responsive each step of the way. Very grateful given the state of the London property market that everything went so seamlessly. Thanks Wigmore Jones!

I asked a simple question of what appliances were in the kitchen (all fully fitted so out of view and not included in the blurb) of a newly listed property. The response was a C&P reply requesting my income, employment history etc. No. Harriet, I just want to know to ascertain IF I am interested or not.

We had a great experience with Wigmore Jones, a different kind of Estate Agent. Operate with complete transparency & integrity, we never want to use another agents again.

When you rent an apartment be sure that this company will never return your deposit.

Harriet and her team are highly professional and knowledgable. Being new to London, we were really struggling to find a rental property. Harriet explained the process, gave advise on how to go about finding a place, and ultimately helped us to secure our dream rental within in a very short period of time. Now that we are in the unit, their support and professionalism is extremely good. They have promptly dealt with all our inquiries and maintenance issues, and even one emergency issue. I would highly recommend renting through them.

My partner and I had to leave our previous apartment as the landlords were selling. In the crazy current rental market, after looking for 3 months we still couldn’t find anywhere. We have a special financial situation and Wigmore Jones were the only estate agency that actually took the time to listen to us and work with us to get the flat we wanted. Harriet especially went above and beyond to help us and we are so happy with the flat we have now. Thank you!

The best agency I have ever dealt with. Harriet is the best agent I have ever dealt with. I can’t say enough great things, the whole experience has been great for something that is usually really stressful.

We rent an apartment through Wigmore Jones. The process from calling to moving into the apartment took us one week, which, in my opinion, is a very quick result. A personal thanks to Harriet for being willing to not only do her job but to put in the extra effort: we needed to move urgently and I requested to view the apartment as soon as possible - Wigmore Jones arranged a viewing the same day. In addition, the agency has speeded up the reference check process for us. All this is very valuable.

Thank you,
Rustam

Couldn't be happier with her and I couldn't recommend Wigmore Jones more!
