Wigmore Jones レビュー

Really prompt and professional service! Joe and the team were super helpful. The renting process was made as smooth as possible; communication was effective and prompt & all queries were responded and answered with care and attention. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided! I would highly recommend Wigmore & Jones!

As a tenant, my experience with Wigmore Jones was excellent. Their response to every issue was fast and effective. All the team is really friendly but my main contact was with Harriet who always gave me a promptly response.

I had a great experience with David. The communication was very good, he asked patiently all my questions and he helped me immensely. Thanks to him my staying in my current appartment is being extraordinary.

I've used Wigmore Jones to rent my last two properties and have nothing but good things to say.

The best portfolio of high-end new build properties in South London.

Extremely professional, always honest and friendly.

The freezer got broken and they managed to replace it in a few days! Great service!

The team at Wigmore Jones has been so helpful, making our move a straightforward and hassle-free experience. David in particular has been amazing, efficient and a pleasure to liaise with. Our tenancy was finalised within a couple of days, which took the pressure off during a very busy period for us. I would highly recommend Wigmore Jones and their excellent customer service, which is not easy to find in London.

David was brilliant from start to finish. He kept us fully up to speed during negotiations, acted with professionalism, and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend him and Wigmore Jones.

A very professional and helpful service.

Really excellent service in setting up our property. Despite not even being able to see our new rental before moving in due to coronavirus, they did everything they could to show us the property including a guided zoom call. Truly the best agents I’ve used. Hopefully this continues throughout our tenancy

The best experience I’ve ever had in renting a flat.

David, the agent who looked after us, was a pleasure to deal with. He’s an articulate, knowledgeable, experienced property professional who facilitated the whole negotiation and application process with comfortable efficiency and effectiveness.
This included dealing with the complexities. caused by coronavirus issues.

Wigmore Jones technology is great - video tour, online tenant portal. They will be managing the property and the maintenance team has already taken the time proactively to introduce themselves.

Great to experience such high standards of all round competence and service.

Fast efficient service throughout period of rental. Highly recommended

David has been a great help finding our new home.
He made the process easy and quick, being really nice and responsive at all times. it was a pleasure to work with him.

Amazing experience, they helped us moving in a new flat in every single step. They answered every time we asked for little things via email. David, our agent, has been an absolute gem, literally explained everything. Completely available and super kind. I don't usually leave reviews but this is very deserved. Way more than excellent!

A great and honest firm of letting agents.

I would highly recommend using them as a landlord or tenant.

I have been living in the UK for 2 years now and have dealt with several Letting agencies and agents. I am extremely glad and happy to have met David and Harriet from Wigmore Jones as they have made the renting process easy, fast and smooth in the most professional way. David, you are amazing and I wish you all the best.

Really great to work with throughout the whole time from initial contact through to signing the agreement.
Now moved in, a couple of moving issues but Wigmore are on top of things and quick to solve them.
The team have taken the stress out of moving - shout out to David who was particularly helpful and informative throughout.

Excellent estate agent

Very accommodating allowing us to view the property 'out of hours', helpful with the few small issues whilst we were there (even though they weren't managing the property) and a great help arranging end of tenancy clean on our behalf.

David has been of great help both with finding a place for us and then letting it out once we moved. The service was of the highest quality - honest, quick and reliable! Highly recommend

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with such a reliable, honest and knowledgeable team of professionals, especially Harriet. Should you be letting your property, I would not hesitate to recommend Wigmore Jones. They understand the market and offer sound advice.

I am giving Wigmore Jones five stars, only because I can’t give them six. I have had two tenancies with them with consistently quick responses and seamless administration. I don’t think I could have asked for better service from the managing agency. They are always friendly and easy to get hold of.

A special thank you to Harriet, who has been outstanding over the last 2.5 years.

It’s been a pleasure dealing with such an efficient and professional office. From day one I have not been disappointed. Thank you!
