Waiting for Shipping Label for return
Hello,
I made an online purchasee of sheepskin on Aug 3/2026. When I was checking out online, your web asked me another similar product. I thought it is the one I selected, but it was not, it was an extra piece. I understand you like to sell more. But I don't want 2nd piece. I tried so hard to stop the shipment after checking out. But I could reach anyone. Finally, the shipment was delivered and we called your shop. Your shopper said will send a shipping label to us to return the 2nd piece. But we have not received it. I tried online chat, but no one is there. Today is Aug 18 already.
The whole purchase was not a preasant experience.

Very poor quality of product
Very poor quality of product. Asked for refund, send back (on my expense) items and no communication from WILDASH LONDON at all and no money refunded... They don't reply to my emails - looks like their customer service skills are just developing. I definitely not recommend this company and I definitely won't buy from them again! Just fingers crossed I will get back my £128 I wasted when buying sheepskin seat covers... UPDATE: 29/07/2026 edit requested by Wildash London, so here we go! After long and unfair battle finally and kindly I received my refund on 27/07/2026!!! No contact with CS at all! No response to emails, no response to What'sUp message, no answering phone, no answering landline in Head Office (yes! I was desperate and tried this too!) I was ready to report them to Trading Standards Agency when suddenly someone reply to... Online Chat! I've been rewarded with endless list of excuses and apologies, but at the end of the day as a really pissed off customer, I can't care less about "why" this happened! Whole return process took 19 days! This is a joke, nothing else! But thank you for this experience, at least I learned cheap stuff from supermarket can be much better quality than "posh+expensive" products from this kind of company... I hope my story will help others make right choice or what to expect when things are not so pinky as described by WILDASH LONDON... UPDATE 2: as I can't reply directly to Wildash London reply, I'm adding few more details here: my online return request has been sent to them 9/07/2026 (day 1), refund reached my bank account 27/07/2026 (day 19), that is 19 days, you cannot argue with numbers... End of story, goodbye!

We are sorry that the seat pads did not meet the high standard of quality our customers would normally expect from Wildash, and we were happy to accept their return and provide a full refund.
At the time of your return, our small team was away from the studio setting up and trading at Latitude Festival. Phone and internet access on site were limited, and unfortunately this meant that our usual communication channels were not covered as effectively as they should have been. We sincerely apologise that you had difficulty reaching us and understand how frustrating that must have been.
Once we connected through our online chat, your full refund of £128 was processed on 24 July and reached your account on 27 July.
We are a small independent company and care deeply about the quality of our products and the experience of our customers. We are sorry that on this occasion both the product and our communication fell below our usual standards.

Another wonderful product from Wildash
Another wonderful product from Wildash. We've had 2 fantastic Icelandic rugs from them. Ordered these 2 seat covers on special offer. They are very comfy. One has corner stitching though, so we have to be sure that part is toward the back as it can be a bit lumpy. Will definitely order our next rug from Wildash for
winter.

Good service, lovely item
I had a little difficulty with my order, but I was finally able to contact customer service and they sent a replacement right away.
They had shipped the item, but it was stuck in international postal Neverland. I was pleased with customer service and my items.

Sheepskin rug
I ordered a sheepskin rug . It didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe. I was in touch with the company, who responded straight away.They kept me informed of the situation. My rug arrived well packaged and presented lovely.I was told it would be worth the wait. It certainly was , the rug is so luxurious and beautiful.

Always stunning products from Wildash. I have bought many rugs from this company which I use as rugs and throws, all beautiful. Recently got the Christmas tree skirt, pure luxury and very big, also doubles up as a rug or throw as it has a zip on the bottom. Can’t praise wildash enough. Thank you
