DISGRACEFUL AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TOTALLY STRESSED OUT.

I bought two snoods. They sent me the wrong colour for one of them. I phoned and phoned, emailed, sent watts app galore and I got absolutely nowhere. I constantly tried to contact them but did not hear anything apart from one message saying they were away on half term! In the end, I had to contact my bank and had to try and claim the money back through this way. I had even more inconvenience with sending the bank all of the correspondence that I had sent them.

When I eventually got the money back, I had absolutely no apology whatsoever or anybody from customer services asking how they could help me I find it unbelievable. .

Excellent service, beautiful woollen off-cuts and even sorted out the specific colours I requested. Very happy with my purchase and will buy again.

Amazing quality product- I ordered an ice landing sheep bean chair after having sat in one during a vacation stay and fell in love immediately.
Initial communication was a bit slow, but they were super apologetic and nice.

I have been trying for a month to contact someone about an order I placed. The order was received but the seat pads were smaller than expected. I am hoping to exchange them for larger ones. Despite 2 emails and multiple WhatsApp messages there has been no reply. There is no answer on the phone number. Has the company ceased trading? Please can someone from Wild Ash contact me?

Excellent customer service and product.
My order was only part delivered so I emailed to explain. They responded quickly and sent the product as ordered.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & NO DELIVERY.
Ordered a personalised wooden ruler for my daughter’s birthday Sept 2024, and have continuously chased and asked for updates, to be promised over and over it would be delivered the following week or month with excuse after excuse. Eventually after 7 months they stopped responding to me.

My order came very quickly and it is amazing! I have the sheepskin seat pads and they have come back all fluffy and clean smells lovely too. fab stuff!! Love it!

Abysmal experience with Wildash. I was holding off for a long time to write this review in the hope that I will get my refund eventually but looks like this is not going to happen.

It took almost a month and a half to receive my order (bean bag). From the beginning, communication was non-existent. I tried emailing, WhatsApp, calling - you'd have better luck reaching someone on the moon. The owner only responded via the app 'shop' after my repeated attempts to get an update for more than 2 weeks. Turned out the bean bag wasn't even in stock, they had to make one. So I waited and waited, the bean bag finally arrived and I didn't like it so I sent it back (fyi, you have to pay yourself and organise the delivery to send the item back). It has now been 2.5 weeks since the item was delivered to the shop. After my repeated requests, the owner acknowledged the delivery and said the refund has been processed. Which obviously it hasn't. What's more, the owner is now simply ignoring my emails and WhatsApp messages.
I understand you are a small business, but you are a business nonetheless. It is not acceptable to treat your costumers like you do. It is also no way to continue operating like this by refusing to give people their money back

It took you 2.5 weeks to respond to my initial texts and messages when I was chasing up the order. Therefore please don't make it sound like I was inpatient and demanding an immediate response. This is simply a poor communication on your behalf which you refuse to acknowledge in all negative reviews. Once again turnaround time was not the issue, it was the lack of updates and communication which was the problem.
You have refunded me after 3 weeks of chasing you up and threatening to report you to the trading standards agency which is hardly how a normal refund process should go, don't you think.

Don't bother ordering u get no confirmation of delivery and paid for next day delivery , ignore your messages n dont pick up phone. Then you get a message number isnt working. Whatapp. You get automated message thats it. Quick enough to take £100 though. I will be getting refund via PayPal. These seem to be scammers ...

Beautiful sheepskin seat pads.
Really impressed with the customer service - I had a query over the size of one of seat pads.. they were prompt to reply and willing to exchange at no extra cost, however in the end I decided to keep it for my dog who commandeered it.

Sadly I’ve been unable to resolve a problem with six sheepskin seat pads I ordered. Three are lovely but other three don’t match. Contact number is dead. Email doesn’t work and of the two of three WhatsApp’s I’ve sent, all have been delivered, two have been read and all have been ignored. Very disappointing.
