Wildash London レビュー

Do not recommend. Absolutely do not in any way recommend this online shop. Really poor on every level. Can’t comment on the goods themselves because they have never arrived despite requests for updates. Staff experts at fobbing customers off. You will get no further updates or info. No replies to emails and impossible to get through via phone. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website and promises made. A total waste of money. I will try to get a refund but don’t feel hopeful about that either. Wildash show themselves to be everything horrid about online shopping. Order at your own risk. Buyer beware.

very pleased with the product and delivery

A very customer centred company that is good to buy from.

UPDATE
To comment on below reply, I have not been refunded I have received no funds after 16 days of a supposed refund. So still out of pocket with no solution being promised. It is now 6 weeks since original purchase and 16 days since cancellation, still no refund . This is how NOT how to run a business or how to satisfy your customer......

I am very disappointed, I ordered a rug 1st Nov to be told it was a 10-14 day wait. It is now the 19th November. I came home as I work away to accept this rug on the 17-19th still nothing. An email tonight saying trouble ith stock, mail etc may be delivered next week when I am not at home, keep trying to tell them I need to change address if so but again no help or any communication. 7 phone calls this week, no return calls, will see if rug comes next week. Will update as appropriate

Absolutely beautiful hand made pheasant wreath. Love the colours and selection of feathers

I would give 0 start if I have the choice. First of all, I placed my order on 15th September, up to now nearly 2 months after, I m still waiting for it. Has been emailing and calling the company, and has given reasons and delivery dates but, it never happened.
Then I asked a refund, the very next day which was 20th October the company emailed saying it's delivered and given me a tracking number, when I checked, UPS showed the label created but waiting for the parcel, 12 days later I checked again, UPS still waiting for the parcel. !!
I asked a refund but the company didn't reply.
I hope nobody else experiencing what I v been through.,

Ordered arrived very quickly and very pleased with the rug

Despite having been promised my products and having a notification that shipping had been started over 10 days ago, I have still not received my sheepskins. It's a shame that nobody is replying to me on their contact page, as the products really do look gorgeous. Maybe this review will prompt them to ship my goods as promised!

Bought two woven cotton throws for sofas. Wildash had an extra large size which we needed with a choice of colours. The items arrived securely packed. They arrived within time stated. Very pleased with the quality.
Will be returning them but reordering in another colour. Hope the returns service is as good.

I love their sheepskin products luxurious quality beautifully packaged and fast delivery very happy

I bought a few things- they’re beautiful and good quality. I’m not happy with the long delay of the one order from 23.08. Thank you.

staff very polite and friendly and willing to please would recommend to my friends, awaiting my new Throw and can not wait to put it on my bed,

Lovely sheepskin. Nor disappointed. Arrived quicker than expected. Excellent service

The wreath and the snowy animal ornaments weren’t worth the money in my opinion.
But what really irked me is the fact that they didn’t respond to my query about being overcharged £10.
That’s the real reason they get 1⭐️ Since they clearly didn’t care about my custom.

Lovely sheepskin rug. Delivered very quick. Great product and excellent service

Fabulous goods and packing and delivery times were wonderful . So glad I have found you

Product great and service great. Just had s few issues with the website which you may want to look at, but very happy.

I ordered 4 large sheepskins, they were delivered the following day. Extremely helpful and polite staff. The skins are of excellent quality, I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Absolutely superb service

Purchase returned, still awaiting phone call from company. Hope my refund won't take as long.

I ordered two sheepskins and they are absolutely gorgeous! Very happy with experience.
