Isabel was very easy to deal with an accommodating of our busy schedules while looking for a new flat to rent. However, with a very efficient process we moved through making an offer to signing the tenancy and referencing without a hiccup. She could not have been more helpful in finding the right place we want to live and making everything flow seamlessly.

We arent professional landlords, but more landlords of circumstance. Selling our flat didnt work out, and so we decided to rent it out.

Recently we tried again to sell the flat, and quickly Jake and the team proposed they try and find a short let to fill the gap between rental and sale. This is the sort of proactive thinking we valued, giving us options to move forward with, even when we didnt think there were any.

Jake is a kind and competent lettings manager who i put full trust in, to deliver on our best interests. He took the stress out of property management whilst we were busy dealing with a new baby.

Finding a property in London is a minefield, however Winchester White provided excellent and prompt communication, with Ed going over and above to ensure that both me and my partner could view the property at short notice. Additionally holding discussions with the landlord on our behalf and vouching for us as tenants, ultimately ending up with a rental property that we couldn’t be happier with.

My wife and I have been letting and managing our property for the last 8-9 years through WW exclusively. Over this time we have found their services almost without exception to be reliable, and timely. A special mention to Jake and his letting team in particular who really know the SW 19 market extremely well and as a result have not allowed our property to remain vacant at all. Moreover the background check of even the short let clients have been very strong and our property has been in good hands every time.
