Great customer service. Premium prices that deliver a premium service

You sent me junk mail to my property.

Daniel was extremely helpful and efficient with the whole process of our tenancy renewal. As landlords, we find Winchester White overall courteous, prompt and efficient and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I am compelled to write this review after a series of unsettling interactions with Winchester White Estate Agents, based on my personal experiences and reinforced by concerning reports from the property ombudsman citing them for 'Aggressive Behaviour.'

During my engagement with this agency, particularly with an agent named Jake, I found the service provided to be highly unsatisfactory. Jake exhibited exceedingly aggressive sales tactics that felt pushy and manipulative from our initial interaction. When I expressed reluctance or the need for additional reflection time, his demeanor would escalate from insistent to confrontational, creating an uncomfortable, high-pressure environment.

Moreover, it has come to light that Winchester White has pursued commission and other fees in scenarios where clients, such as myself, were not evidently obligated to make such payments. Such practices indicate a concerning lack of ethical standards and disregard for fair customer treatment.

Given these experiences, coupled with the property ombudsman's explicit warnings, I urge potential clients to steer clear of engaging with Winchester White Estate Agents. There are numerous other firms that uphold higher standards of integrity and client respect which may serve your interests in a more professional and courteous manner.
Please consider this review as a cautionary tale in navigating your estate agency selection.

Really easy experience as a tenant, Azhaar helped us to find the right place for us and guided us through all of the steps in securing the tenancy and the early stages of moving in. Really recommend Winchester White!!

We relocated to Singapore from London and decided to use WW as our letting agent. They got us an offer quickly but from there things went down hill. We were never fully informed of how they would take payment for securing the tenants. We suddenly had no payments from our property for the first 3 months, all while having to still cover our mortgage and new rental. WW agreed to take responsibility for transferring all bills and accounts. We had many issues with communication, we even had no payment one month, when we followed up, we found out they hadn't even ensured the tenants had created a debit order. A year and a half later - we find out that many of the accounts weren't transferred and we've had debtors letters received to the property for months but as we've been away, we were unaware. We would warn anyone in a similar position to steer clear and find a more competent agent.

Worst experience in my 7 years of living in London, with Winchester White South Kensington Office. They see you as a bank not a human trust me. Some of their staff are rude. They took £5280 from our 6 months of upfront rental payment, without even explaining it. They made me and my father to pay £4500 commission fee for my 2,5 months of stay because I 'breached a contract' . I have not breached a contract, my dog had to stay with me for a very short period of time and I told this to the landlord and the Winchester White. They saw this as an advantage to make money out of it and they charged us £4500 for an early termination. They told me I have no choice but to leave ASAP. They texted me and called me EVERY SINGLE DAY to ask what date I am going to move out, even though I was a master's student and I was working full-time. They don't care about your financial status or mental well being. I'm taking this to a court at the moment because they are refusing to give me £780 from my deposit, where they put their extra legal fees there to make me pay for it. They charged me £300 for a lost pan!! Where on earth a pan is £300? I've emailed them so many times but they advised me to find an independent advice.. What an unprofessional team. Obviously they can't agree with each other in the office because they sent different emails says different things at the same time. What a waste of time and money!

Azhaar negotiated a really good rate for a short-term let that suited my requirements brilliantly. He was really helpful throughout and always kept in touch.
