Gil has a methodical, transparent and timely approach. Gil quickly understood my individual challenges and what was needed. Gil navigated a number of complexities and in unprecedented circumstances (COVID). I would wait an hour on the phone to speak to the bank, but Gil would respond to emails, texts and calls remarkably quickly.

Highly recommended and I will certainly be in touch for my next mortgage.

I can highly recommended Wise Mortgages. Kit was extremely helpful during my application. Helped me understand the risks involved in purchasing this property which I was keen on. Unfortunately, I wouldn't have had capital gains in long run if I was to go ahead and invest in this property. It's only because of Kit I have managed to save future loses. I plan to use Wise Mortgage again in future.

Incredibly helpful and much lower cost than other brokers I spoke to. Using Wise meant my partner and I didn't have to attend meetings with banks and did everything from home. I had been reluctant to broker and preferred to do it myself, but the amount of time and stress saved was worth it by far. I would recommend anyone to use them.

Amy at Wise Mortgages has been absolutely FANTASTIC from start to finish. Not only did she find us a brilliant mortgage offer within days of sending over our information, she has kept us in the loop with every stage of the process, always helping us feel reassured in what is quite a stressful situation.
