All workmen arrived on time. They were smart and tidy with their tasks. Any questions were answered re timings and what was going on. The work was done in a timely manner and they were very helpful.

Everything went as planned, job completed early and to a high standard by a friendly and helpful team. Superb.

This is the second time I have used wyse property care and on both occasions have found their service excellent from start to finish. Job was finished within agreed timescales an to a high standard

Turned up bang on time, every day.
Protection laid on all work areas, and all materials removed on completion of work.
All personnel very approachable and hard working.
Did an excellent job.

Very efficient all round. Arrived on time. Examined the problem, lifted the floor and removed all affected materials. Took what remedial action that was necessary to stop the spread of dry rot including to part of the wall. Finally replacing with new timbers the floor joists, floor boards and wall. All affected materials removed from site and finished floor left clean and tidy.

Excellent job by Grant to resolve an internal damp problem. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Plasterer also very good (forgotten name). Good support from Lauren in the office. Great service from property survey to work execution. Thanks

I would definitely recommend Wise Property Care. Ross the surveyor was always very responsive to any questions and always got back to me quickly. Grant and Jay that carried out the work were both professional. Grant was very informative and took time to explain the work throughout. Only slight issue was getting through on the phone to the offices in the central belt and getting invoices matched up to the survey reports. Overall a very good service.

Ross Davidson came to survey our loft. He was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this company.

I had work carried out by wise property a year ago (Feb / 2021) regarding damp issues - Membrane & Hearth Removal.

First issue we had was with the person responsible trying to convince us that the job done with the plastering was okay when it was visible that the wall was not straight. To resolve that issue and get a straight wall we had to get someone else to carry out that work for us.

To my sadness a year has passed ( 2022 ) and the damp issues are not gone. The wall still has dampness problems and wise property say this: "The fee for our surveyor’s inspection is £195.00 and is to be paid in advance, please
forward a cheque for this amount or you can call us with debit/credit card details.
You will be refunded this amount if it becomes apparent that the problem is the
responsibility of Wise Property Care Ltd."

Avoid this company because their pratices are of cowboys.
