The overall process form finding a house to signing the contract went very good. Quick replies and you can do all the process with English (very beneficial for international employees)

I got my beautiful furnished apartment from Wohnref in Erlangen. Frau Elisabeth Killing helped me with the process. She spoke perfect English, showed me the apartment, and mediated all conversations with the landlord. The communication was perfect and she was very helpful and considerate.She explained everything clearly and the overall process was super smooth. I’m extremely happy with Wohnref. Would definitely recommend it.

Hi, I was looking for rental home in Erlangen Germany, as I was travelling to Germany for work with my wife. Wohnref Erlangen has assisted us to find home. They were kind enough to provide us available options, provide all necessary details and confirm everything smoothly, even before we travelled. We are really happy with the quality of services and commitment. Hannelore Koellisch has assisted us for finding our home and she really did an excellent job. I would recommend Wohnref as a preferred service provider for finding homes in Germany.

Das Angebot über die Wohnref-Seite ist gut geeignet für einen ersten Überblick. Leider ist nicht jede gelistete Wohnung auch tatsächlich zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt verfügbar. Am besten sollte man daher das direkte Gespräch suchen.

Der telefonische Service war immer freundlich und kompetent. Die Wohnungsübergabe und sämtlicher Papierkram wird direkt mit bzw. durch Angestellte von Wohnref erledigt.

Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden!

Da ich nicht mehr in Erlangen wohne, vermiete ich schon seit Jahren meine Wohnung über Wohnref und bin sehr zufrieden.Die Abwicklung und Vertragsgestaltung laufen immer perfekt.
Besonders erwähnen möchte das Engagement und die fachliche Kompetenz von Frau Köllisch , sie hat mich immer hervorragend betreut und mit der Auswahl meiner Mieter war ich immer sehr zufrieden!

Nice properties, very good and fast handover. Everything as desbried and listed on their website.
The only improvement would be to make it easier to reach just one person to handle your search, otherwise can be a bit confusing.
I recommend using this agency, no problems so far.

Very much dissatisfied and disappointed by Wohnref service.I got an apartment from wohnref ,but the door to the bedroom from outside is Defect and it allows cold air to get in.I am with an 8 month old child so i currently closed that room
And me an my family is sleeping in Hall .I informed wohnref and they offered me a new apartment in same price .I asked for viewing appointment and then wohnref increased 120 euro from the offer they give earlier.On asking they are saying it was corona price.like how could you change the price from 795 to 920 in two days time,and if ask about the door to be fixed they say its not their responsibility.I am really disappointed.

Wohnref is saying they send the Handyman ,and then saying the door needs delivery time.like how much delivery time.first it was told 8 weeks,after 8 weeks I asked then they change it 15 weeks and also not sure it will come within that time also.I have mail from them saying the same.
But I dont blame Wohnref for that.

And also claiming we didn’t allow handy man to get in.Thats a total lie and every handy man should have signed copy from the tenant that they have done some work/(or tried to do )and we have proof of that too.

But Wohnref is claiming its not their fault that they have to change the Rent,This is not right .I got offer mail from you with 795 euro and which is even mentioned in your website (I have screenshot and mail copy for proof) and I have mailed for viewing appointment accordingly.It not a good practice to change the offer from 795 to 920 after knowing I am interested .

Nur ein Anruf und es wurden uns mehrere passende Wohnungen/Häuser zur Miete vorgeschlagen. Vermittlung mit dem Vermieter schnell und reibungslos. Sehr zu empfehlen!
