What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience. We booked a bespoke consultation to get my engagement ring rebuilt. Zara was amazing and spent the whole appointment trying to get to know what I wanted to create the most special peice. She took the time to understand fully what I wanted. I used some family jewellery that was very special to me to put towards the cost of the new engagement ring. She understood how special it was and was sensitive to this. From start to finish wongs was the perfect place to create a special peice. I will be returning in the future for more bespoke peices. Thank you so much Zara and Wongs

We were shopping in Liverpool for a special 2birthday present for my daughter from her nan and grandad. After visiting several jewellers, Wongs stood out immediately for its outstanding customer service.
Anna, who helped us, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Her ability to hold a genuine conversation while noticing even the smallest details was something we didn’t experience anywhere else. Compared to the other stores we visited, Anna truly shone.
She made the experience feel personal and memorable, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect piece. Thank you, Anna — and thank you to Wongs for such a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Jenny and Zara were absolutely…
Jenny and Zara were absolutely brilliant! Jenny could not have done enough for my boyfriend when he first chose the engagement ring, from start to finish. My ring was slightly too big and so I visited the store and was greeted by Zara who was lovely and helpful and arranged for my ring to be resized. We also sat down with Jenny who was equally as lovely! The ring is perfect, the team were great and we will be definitely be back for our wedding rings. Thank you

Simply amazing
From the minute we made an appointment for a consultation at Wongs, we dealt with the lovely Anna throughout our whole experience. I cannot begin to explain how amazing she has been! For someone like myself who didn’t have any idea on rings or diamonds, she was able to explain in a way I could understand whilst also asking every question my partner (who had been researching for a while) had to ask so thoroughly! Both of our appointments she has made us both feel so welcome, and made such a fuss of us when we were invited in after our engagement. We are so excited to pop in for a ring clean, Prosecco & a catch up with Anna soon!

Jewellery redesigned
I turned up with a bag of jewellery that I no longer wore but still had sentimental value. Jenny and the team at Wongs worked with me to redesign the jewellery into something new. From design to the finished product I was included and consulted about the process. I now have beautiful pieces that are modern but still hold my cherished memories and jewellery that has a second life and is treasured again. Thank you everyone at Wongs for your wonderful service.

Most amazing and caring customer experience
Recently visited Wongs for a gift for my future wife. Was greeted by a beautiful lady by the name of Charlie. Friendly bespoke service
We’ve been to Wongs a few time between getting the most perfect engagement ring, to choosing our wedding bands and both times we’ve been to Charlie. We couldn’t recommend her enough. Not only is she lovely and made us feel so comfortable and at ease, but she’s also so knowledgeable and helped us make the best decisions for us based on the information we gave her. Already planning on going back to her for my eternity ring in the future.

Above and beyond with knowledge and advice
Went into store regarding resizing issues I had for my fiance's ring that I purchased from a different jewellers. Ganesh the advisor was excellent with providing advice regarding having alterations made and advised me to be careful and considerate with my decision as I could risk losing lifetime warranty should I have work completed elsewhere. Ganesh provided me with prices for a multitude of different options including resizing, selling and repurchasing new however he was able to give me the advice necessary that allowed me to resolve the issue with the jeweller who made the ring and at no extra cost. Even though I did not make a purchase with Wongs, I am extremely grateful to Ganesh for his honestly and professionalism, he was not pushing towards a sale of any kind which gave me so much confidence in his words. As a result, I am all but certain I will be working directly through him and Wongs when purchasing a wedding band. A+ customers service, thank you Ganesh.

Wedding & engagement rings
We had visited a number of jewelers but felt really comfortable with Anna at Wongs. She was so helpful helping us to make our decision, explaining everything in detail. Her knowledge was second to none, but it was her passion & pride for the company that really impressed us, even taking us on a tour of the workshop. My wife is delighted with her rings, exactly what she wanted.

Absolutely brilliant jewellers
I booked an appointment with Wongs to discuss an engagement ring, and could not fault the service and support, in particularly from Zara, who made the whole process stress free, offering expert advise while still encouraging personal touches. The ring itself was perfect. Will be returning for wedding rings in the future!

Great service from Danielle
Great service from Danielle, sales executive helping me in designing the ring. When I collected the ring I was blown away with how beautiful it was. Then meeting up with Max the goldsmith who made my ring and down to the engraving he done made it an even more special keepsake.
I would definitely recommend Wongs jewellers to any looking for that special bespoke piece. Also the range of jewellery is amazing.

Fabulous experience
Our party visited last weekend looking for an engagement ring, just window shopping looking for advice and styles that suited my soon to be daughter in law and received a lovely greeting and introduction to Daisy who was going to take care of us. A bubbly Prosecco was enjoyed whilst Nadine tried on several rings looking for the style that suited most. Daisy was so knowledgeable and not pushy at all and really included all of us in the appointment. I was very impressed with the whole experience and it didn’t stop there as she also took us around the workshop where we saw a ring being cleaned which is a free service offered when buying a ring at Wongs. A 5 star experience from beginning to end, thank you Daisy you were fabulous and we will be back.

Wedding rings purchase
My fiancé and I visited Wongs to choose our wedding rings for our upcoming wedding in June. We were welcomed by Shauna who discussed with us at great length the style of rings we were looking for. She went through all of the options with us and was extremely patient and very knowledgeable! We have had to return a few times for resizing but finally collected them last weekend. Thank you Shauna and all at Wongs for all of your help throughout the process!
