Bought a product based off of an incorrect product description on their website. When I pointed this out the person replying couldn’t be bothered to check their own website and required me to provide screenshots of their own website. Totally unapologetic for the inaccuracy. Returned the product with difficultly and was assured I would get my return postage refunded. Just received the refund email…with the return postage missing from the refund. Would not use again.

Fast and efficient service, great products. I have used them twice and would highly recommend.

They have some good products but unfortunately when something goes wrong, like with my Flextail Zero pump which appears to be faulty, they ignore your emails. So if you want a company with good customer service then look elsewhere. I have been nothing but polite in my correspondence with them but they just ignored me in the end unfortunately.

I didn't want to pay £500 for an iKamper skottle so I researched youtube and found the Firemaple Vulcan tripod stove which I was able to find at a great price on Wood to Water. I then spent hours looking for a cowboy wok (diso or griddle pan) to complete the skottle arrangement and finally chose a griddle pan from the Finnish Muurikka. The only company selling it in the UK was WtW but at an attractive price. So I bought that online and it arrived the very next day. I'm delighted with the quality of my purchases and amazed that WtW can deliver next day free of charge. Thanks again WtW

Brilliant bit of kit folds down and packs away in a small molle pouch with ease.

The jetboil was well packaged and delivered within given timeframe.

This is a gift - yet to be presented but this is a return visit to Wood to Water and a 2nd purchase of same.

Issues with delivery & returns. Site was fine to use; product delivered safely. The only delivery option was 'express' which I didn't want or need. I paid for express delivery, due to arrive next working day but it took 3 working days to arrive (I had the same message from the courier two days running that the item was delayed). I asked Wood to Water to refund the express delivery charge but they declined saying 3 days still constituted 'express'.
I requested a return (nothing wrong with the item but it was a gift for my brother and not quite what he wanted). I heard nothing back from Wood to Water for a week in response to my return request; I chased and they replied, apologising. I received a standard returns email confirming my return request had been accepted and saying information about how to return would follow. Nothing arrived - again I chased and again an apology and finally information on how to return.
To respond to reply - the 'standard return email' didn't provide all necessary info to return, that was my point.

Ordered the Kelly kettle kit , it arrived next day, very well packed, everything in perfect condition. I would happily order from Wood To Water again.

Purchased an item for warehouse collection. While the item is fine I was left very confused throughout the whole process.

I received an email confirming my order followed immediately by an email to say that "you still have items in your shopping cart" for the single item I had just purchased which made me unsure if the order had actually gone through. The next day I received an email that my item was ready to collect (more on this later), then the same evening after I had collected the item I received another email saying that it had been dispatched and was "on its way" (can confirm I had not placed a double order and no second item showed up). Followed by another email a few days later saying it was still in my shopping cart!

When I went to collect the item it was in a warehouse park which is fine but on arrival it was some airsoft retailer with a sign on the door saying "for Wood to Water please ring bell". Neither of the two unlabeled doorbells elicited any response and eventually I went in and spoke to someone from the airsoft place who went to speak to the person from the other room/company (who did not even come out to see me) and came back out with the item. I was left feeling rarher confused what company I was actually dealing with and rather unwelcome.

But at least the item is real and for the advertised price.

Save yourself the heartache, this business is absolutely awful to deal with, poor customer service, get you to return a product and promise a refund and receive zero, be warned

My first order with this business. (Always a little trepidation as I have been burnt by less scrupulous traders). My concerns were unwarranted and Wood to Water Outdoors delivered my order quickly, extremely well packaged and with excellent communications throughout. Additionally, the business stocks many harder to find items for those enjoying the great outdoors, and seems to have chosen not to exploit lack of availabilty with huge price hikes seen elsewhere. A great incentive for me to return and I am sure to do so for further purchases.

I placed an order on 5th October and it is now 14th October and I still haven't received my order. I did however receive an email asking me to review which is ironic!!! Tracking it on Shop and all it says is on the way waiting for details. First purchase with this company and I'm not happy
