Firstly, we are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service.

As for the price, WorldShopping will charge the fees as below in order to assist our customers purchasing products from Japan:

A:Product total amount
B:Domestic shipping within Japan fee - The domestic shipping fee will be determined according to the policy of the shop.
C:Purchase agency fee - 10% of order price total.
D:International shipping fee - Actual cost of EMS or other delivery service charge.
E:International shipment handling fee - 500 JPY (per package).

`International shipment handling fee` is for arranging international shipping; such as creating a shipping invoice and repacking the package for international shipments.

Your package was shipped through EMS which is relatively inexpensive and well insured in the shipping companies we use but we are sorry that your are not satisfied with the fees.

We would like to consider your opinion of cost to improve our service for the future.

As for the speed of the delivery process, we strive to complete the procedure of item check and repackaging within 1-3 business days after receiving the package from the shop but we would like to review internally to see if we can speed up this process.

If you have any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share, please feel free to reach out to us.
