We bought 3x tickets for Scotland vs Switzerland Euro 2024 fixture around 1 month prior to the tournament, but tickets were not delivered. The company claimed the tickets were “still downloading and “not ready” when queried countless times in the lead up to the game. Hours before kick off we were told that we would not receive our tickets. The company clearly sold our tickets to a higher bidder and never allocated tickets to us. Avoid this company at all costs!

This is a total scam, and the company should be taken down.
We paid for Scotland v Switzerland tickets 6 weeks in advance only to be told on the day of the match after countless days of messaging, that they can’t provide the tickets and will provide a refund.
We were suspicious about a week or two before the event that something wasn’t quite right. “But we’re reassured over and over that the tickets would be arriving shortly. Had we known we’d end up with no tickets, we could have tried to source others, but because we were informed so last minute, it was impossible. Thousands of wasted pounds on travel, and bitter disappointment at missing the match. This company has a lot to answer for.”

Wowtickets were very professional, sending regular emails on when & how we would receive match tickets. The process was very seamless and my family had a fantastic time

Bought 3 tickets to the FA cup semifinal between Man Utd and Coventry. 2 hours before the game I recieved an email that they could not deliver. Travelled all the way from Norway just to see the game. Would not recommend.

Will never use this ticket service again. Traveled from another country to see premier league game. Received email week before asking for our names and ages for the tickets. Promised tickets would arrive no later than the day before the match, and if any delays they would be in touch. No tickets arrived so I tried to speak by online chat that afternoon. They kept me “on hold” for 2 hours as he supposedly was reaching out to the delivery team. Then I was promised an email shortly. The chat shut down and I received no email. The day of the match still no response. Only when O asked for a refund did tickets suddenly appear. Then they claimed no refunds after tickets sent. Not sure they were valid tickets. As many reviewers have said the tickets don’t actually work at the gate. Seats were in the worst location possible. Please do not use this company they appear to be a scam.

Where do I start -tickets were ordered and paid for on 28th March for the Liverpool - Atalanta game and travel and hotel arrangements were then made. Email contact followed confirming the purchase, seating arrangements etc.

6/4/24 e-mail from WOW requesting guest details was received and was returned.

10th April - Contacted WOW via online chat and e-mail on to enquire about delivery of the tickets, I was eventually informed via online chat that I would receive them at least 1 day before the game. 24hrs before the game received an e-mail to say I would have the tickets by 11:30 on match day.

On 11 April, match day, from 11:30 onwards after not having received my tickets I attempted to contact WOW by e-mail, telephone, and online chat - no response!

At 3pm after various attempts to contact WOW I received an e-mail saying 'they were trying to sort this'. Further e-mail some time later to say they would deliver 100% and due to festival there were delays. Further E-mail stating that they were trying to locate 3 tickets together although I had ordered 2 +1.

At 3.30 pm I received 'tickets' via WhatsApp with instructions regarding use and what to do if any issues were encountered (how prophetic!)

At 7 pm on trying to use the tickets- they didn't work! At this stage attempts were made to contact WOW by the various means as instructed, at 7.21 pm WOW responded on WhatsApp saying that due to changes at Liverpool, the tickets that had been sent weren't working. Eventually, after much stress and annoyance and multiple WhatsApp messages at 7:44 pm the 3rd of the 3 tickets were forwarded in the right format allowing us to get to our seats just as the match kicked off. (Completely missing the atmosphere and experience of pre-match build-up)

Although e-mail communications were initially satisfactory, they became wholly unsatisfactory, disjointed, and unacceptable closer to the supposed delivery time for the tickets. Why when they sent pdf's of the tickets did they not send in the right format? surely they should know what is acceptable!
Overall a highly stressful experience (it didn't need to be) but having said that in the end, we got the tickets (albeit not in the format or the location I had originally paid for)

I have since emailed and sent messages via Whatsapp - but guess what, yes you've guessed it - no response.

Won't be in a rush to use again

Wow wow wow tickets ...got my son 2 tickets for chelsea Everton as Christmas gift.....yes you pay a pretty penny but what an experience he got lower tier 5th row...(2 seats together) he said was best time of his life....yes its always nerve racking buying these kind of tickets but wow tickets always kept us updated. Got our tickets 3 days prior to match (as it was prosponed) otherwise would have been same day but instructions are pretty clear and we got in no problems at all. (It's almost a case of "we don't talk about fight club") but tbf no one asked.😅

I ordered 2 tickets with a face value of £60 for Chelsea game on Saturday 13 April and paid an obscene £400, them the game was moved to Monday 15th so I can’t go and Danny Marti from Wow customer support said that it wasn’t their problem and they have no obligations notifying clients of date changes and I should be grateful for their service! So I lost £400 and no refund or even any suggestions they would assist in re-selling the tickets for me!!
They are clearly Cyprus based criminals that tout tickets, take a £280 fee and then tell you FO. Hiding in Cyprus behind a Ltd cover company there is no way of recourse. NEVER USE THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked my ticket from WOW ticket from Mumbai to Toranto via london. For this ticket , I have to do self transfer for my lugguage. I thought it will it will be good quote so booked it, but I overlooked that on connecting flight (air Canada) , there was no checked in bags free from london to toranoto and again toranto to london.

How can both the air lines will allow this ? So this means person travelling to Toranto has keep his lugguage at London airport and take it back while returning to India....

Please be careful while booking the tickets.

when I have checked with wow ticket , they gave me option to change the flight from london to Torato at cost of 22 thousand extra.

I will never purchase or will not recommend wowtickets to anyone.

Was told ticket would arrive one day before.When I sent 2 emails they were unanswered.
I received an email in the evening saying that due to a slow download from the climate i would not receive the ticket till 1130am Saturday.When it did not arrive i sent them an email threatening to phone my card company to cancel the payment.
I was hanging on waiting to speak to my card company when the ticket came through at 11.50am.
I will never use this company again.I recommend Live Tickets.
