We decided to visit Oakland furniture Watford one Sunday. When we have finished we propped into wrens to look around and we were quite impressed with the variety of bedroom furniture on offer. We decided to speak with a member of staff and was greeted by Mohid Lqba. From the initial meeting, it was like we have known him for many years, his professionalism and expertise was outstanding. He went above and beyond gave us so many ideas and answered our questions with great knowledge. Anybody looking for a product in wrens Watford ask for Mohid.

Once you have paid the deposit they stop answering your emails. Customer service is zero. I used wren for a wardrobe installation which supposed to be simple and every step of the way has been an issue due to lack of communication, I had to contact showroom and customer service many times and were very unhelpful, I even had to call the fitter (from wren) to confirm when he was coming, they are zero interested in helping you out, and after the installation has been done I am still trying to sort out the wastage collection and they have not bothered to come for a week despite me paying the service. Awful and stressful experience.

Placed an order for a Wren Kitchen then changed my mind. I agreed a full refund of my deposit with the Assistant Manager and was advised that this would take up to 28 days to be processed. Two months later I am still awaiting my refund despite ringing head office twice, posting a email to the customer services, ringing the branch 4 times.

Kept us informed of delivery date and arrived on time.

Our new Wren bedroom was fitted by Stepan, of Lee Valley Carpentry and Joinery Ltd, whose professionalism I cannot praise highly enough. He arrived on schedule and was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. An excellent craftsman and tidy to boot. Upon his advice, we tweaked the original plan and the outcome was even better than we had hoped for. I can't rate him highly enough.

Hi, Stepan the fitter who came to fit our Wren bedroom today 17th February 2026 was absolutely fantastic. He was on time, polite and has done a great job. He tidied up as he went along, and I John can’t sing his praises enough. Thank you so much.

I was very happy with the service I received in the showroom. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable, professional and created a design I was very happy with. However, there were problems with the kitchen delivery, it didn’t arrive on the day it should have done and at the time caused a lot of inconvenience. I used Wren’s recommended kitchen fitter, which in hindsight, was a big mistake. Initially I was happy with the kitchen installation, in the surface it looks good. However, shortly afterwards, I had an electrical inspection which highlighted the shoddy workmanship by the kitchen fitter’s electrician. Despite contacting him several times, to rectify the situation. I ended up having to pay another electrician to bring the electrical works up to standard. All very disappointing. I did mention this to Wren directly after the kitchen was fitted but my concerns were dismissed.

Wrens myst be one of the leading manufacturers in the UK for design & delivery.
From the moment we sat down with Connor @ our Hemel branch we felt comfortable. No rush. I brought my ragged piece of paper with my own measurements & handed it over.
We were shown arround the massive showroom to choose what units take our fancy. The range was wonderfully set out. Handles, hinges, colours. Dull of gloss.
We decided on the Winter Blue Gloss. Myself, being a retired carpenter decided to fit myself.
4 week's later hey presto.
Delivery was timed for us. Two guys taking care unloading & respecting our property by wearing shoe covers inside our property. 25 mins, all checked & off to next customer.
My screwed up piece of paper became a masterpiece on screen. Our 3d image was perfect. After fitting that 3d image became real.
We had new carpets fitted beforehand, but not to worry. The units came with legs & extentions that simply push on to existing. A simple turn with a Allen key ( not supplied) and done to level out wall and drawer units.
A protective film covering all doors etc . We now have out dream bedroom 😍. A week to complete on my own .
Can't fault in any way.

Being a carpenter for over 50 years ive made, purchased, fitted many styles of bedrooms & kitchens.
This was by far the best organised & friendly company I have ever dealt with. So its a thumbs 👍 from me and a thumbs up from the misses.

Ordered the bedroom furniture and opted not to use their installers who were very expensive. Unfortunately if you don’t use their installer and you have a problem they don’t want to know.

My bedroom wall is plasterboard. At no stage during the design process did anyone mention anything about the strength of the wall. This company only mentions walls once you have signed the contract. After that there is no recourse to a refund. Basically you’re on your own. I’m left with all this furniture which is not fit for purpose. What a waste of money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Think twice before ordering as there is no support. In one extremely unhappy person. They are very quick to take your money.

The remidial fitter (Luciano) visited today to put right what the original fitter botched up on our straightforward fitted wardrobe instalation.
He arrived on time, very pleasant gentleman, we inspected the job together, discussed the corrective route to take and then he made good, without a fuss, what should have been done in the first place.

Would have been nice if the job had been fitted correctly in the first place not subjecting me to weeks attempting to get a response from Wren from phone calls and emails.
The only reason Wren contacted me was because of the bad reviews I posted.
Not a pleasant journey with Wren but a big thanks to Luciano.

Still Waiting for my deposit refund after a month. It should not take this long.

The Wren sub-contractor who installed my quartz worktop, cut and ground the quartz panels outside my home in a communal parking area. My neighbours complained about the noise and the dust and the obstruction caused by this work.
I later found out that this was contrary to the "Control of Substances Hazardous to Health regulations 2002", and constituted a "Statutory Nuisance under the "Environmental protection Act 1990".
My biggest regret is that I didn't take photos as evidence. The One of the two fitters was polite and apologetic, but the one running things was rude and obnoxious and just moaned about all the people complaining!
I don't remember their names. They said that they came from Aldershot.

After just 12 months, the hinges on my Wren kitchen have failed — doors are dropping out of alignment and even falling off. For a company that promotes “25-year warranties”, this is simply not acceptable and shows the products are not fit for purpose.

Customer service needs to address this urgently: I expect replacement hinges and damaged doors to be sorted without further delay. Very disappointed with the quality given the price paid.

Excellent service & design by Ben Molcher who created 3D visualisations on site. The kitchen is now in & looks beautiful & just like the drawings. Good follow up in store when checking final fixings and details. Also brilliant fitting team Sorin & crew who installed the kitchen without a glitch & couldn’t have done more to make the process efficient & professional. The outcome was even better than expected. Thank you all.

I recently had my kitchen designed and installed by Wren Kitchens, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Ben Molcher, my kitchen designer, was excellent from the very start. He really listened to what I wanted and created a design that suited both my space and style perfectly. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence, and the end result is even better than I’d hoped for.

The installation was handled by brothers Sorin and Daniel Gutu, who were absolutely exceptional. Their workmanship was flawless, and they were a pleasure to have in my home. In particular, I want to highlight Sorin, who came up with clever solutions to a few unexpected challenges during the installation. His ideas not only solved the issues but actually improved the overall finish — they’ve exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work, and it shows in the final result.

My new kitchen has completely transformed my home, and I’m genuinely delighted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wren Kitchens, and I would ask for Sorin and Daniel— an outstanding team who delivered quality, professionalism, and a truly beautiful result. Thank you guys.

The company have no form of quality control.
Nobody checks the installation.
Even when a complaint is made, nobody comes to see, they just claim everything is fine.
Avoid Wren kitchens.
