Mark (rennolds)was a delight to welcome into our home to do our survey.
This is the second time Mark has come to do a survey and once again he was polite,friendly and considerate.

David was really friendly and professional. He talked through the process and because I want to keep my current worktops he was really positive on how the showroom abs design team will help me get the best out of my kitchen. A really nice guy.

Good customer service and good consideration for adjustments in design to be made in future.

Jordan was amazing he helped with my issue and was very good at explaining everything and was able to resolve everything.

Finn from the home survey team visited to measure up. He was friendly and pleasant and took time to ask if I had anything in particular I wanted the kitchen planner to know. Can’t fault at all. I can’t comment on wren kitchens at this stage but the showroom was fantastic and all staff we’ve met have been friendly and helpful - Ann Marie and John in uddingston.

This is the second kitchen we have bought from Wren, one for a renovation and one for a new build…. brilliant !! Superb customer service and fantastic quality kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend!

It’s been 2 months now since start date.
No show from installer on first day,they had to find me another contractor. It’s been a nightmare back and forth, I’d recommend find your own contractor and not use Wren save yourself £1000s.
2 months later and NOW Wren are saying it’s completed.
I have a dishwasher not plumbed in and I can’t access plumbing without taking fitted dishwasher out I had already paid one of they’re contractors £350 to move and install new plumbing.
I have a fitted oven not installed with parts missing above and below oven leaving me with 8inch gap at top and below oven under worktop
I have extractor fan which is not installed properly and housing not straight with doors not flush one side.
I had to find someone to fit my floor myself otherwise had to wait at least 2 weeks for them to find someone.
It really has felt like they’ve taken my money and have no care for you. I’ve tried taking this further with them only to be told today it’s completed really 🤦🏼.

Mark Willmott was great. He called me to let me know he was on his way for the appointment and was really friendly and just easy to interact with during the appointment. A credit to your team.

J Lomax the surveyor was very professional and friendly - came in on time and measured everything swiftly. Top notch service!

Lee Barrington attended to complete our kitchen measure up. He arrived on time and provided a courtesy call shortly before arriving. Lee was professional and friendly throughout offering expert knowledge and answers to all of our questions. Really happy with the service provided and we now feel reassured and looking forward to our design appointment! Thanks Lee!!!

Although we had a few issues with some items, Grace at Wren was amazing at sorting them out. Always helpful, very polite and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Rachel and Zak were very proffessional,careful, and pleasant. Done very smoothly.

Had my Wren kitchen delivered by Dawid and a colleague. They were both professional friendly and despite having to get a huge kitchen in a small storage space did an amazing job. Clearly very good at Tetris in their formative years.

Owen and Declan went above and beyond to get my kitchen in,, it was very difficult at times as they had to get it upstairs in a pub with very limited opening to get through,, but they never gave up i would recommend these men anytime great job and was very professional at all times
