Wrong Fuel Doctor レビュー

Can’t praise Mario enough, a great job done and he kept me fully informed of the process.

Came out under 90 minutes of my call

Guy was sound and done it within 30 mins

All positives from me :)

Such a quick service after mistakenly putting the wrong fuel in my car, friendly and answered any questions i had. Great service thank you, would definitely recommend

I used wrong fuel doctor today after the recommendation from my garage guy and the overall service was just 10/10. I rang the phone was answered straight away, very direct and straight forward and very reasonable price. The man whose name have forgot arrive within the hour, and the service was amazing was done and sorted with around 30 minutes. Very happy customer can’t recommend enough

Frank was great, he showed up on time and finished a lot quicker than expected.

Mario was brilliant from start to finish, and his music was good too 😃

Mario was excellent professional he took care of the car and explained everything he was polite and made the hole experience easier

Really great customer service both on the phone and when Mario arrived to drain the fuel. Prompt arrival and great service provided

Many thanks to Daniel for resolving my error. He arrived on time and was totally professional. It wasnt a simple hose into the filler, he had to go through the fuel pumps via the back seat. This was all done diligently, making sure fuel tank was completely empty by sight and then making sure engine was working properly afterwards. He was a star, great service from initial call to getting car back on road. I'd totally recommend this company.

Very quick response time and Mario who turned up was very efficient and very polite . I was really pleased with the service Mario provided .

Saved my bacon when I was late for a wedding; they prioritized my call and had the fuel drained and the system flushed so I could get back on the road.

Very happy with the outcome because the car actually feels like it runs smoother now after the system flush; will definitely keep their number handy just in case.

Efficient service from calling to report the issue to competion of the job. Mario was professional and arrived at the time we were expecting. Thank you

Mario was determined to get my car started and back on the road. Great service, And I'd definitely recommend using his service to anyone who requires his expertise. A*****

The service from Mario was both friendly and professional. He explained what was going to happen and ensured the whole process was a lot less stressful than it could have been. Mario was reassuring and very helpful, it was excellent service from start to finish.

Frank was great. Very friendly and helpful. I had to pay a deposit so I was slightly worried at first but the company on what’s app were easy to contact and replied right away and Frank arrived on time. They were also very good value. I would certainly use again but hopefully not.

Great service. Mario rang to pinpoint our exact location and his calm, friendly manner helped in what had been a stressful situation. He explained exactly what he was doing throughout the process and we were back on the road in no time . Thank you Mario . Would highly recommend.

A very prompt, professional service! From the initial telephone call to the service desk, to the engineer arriving at my home to fix my car. They have been first rate. Excellent communication. Very well explained. A prompt service, arriving at the agreed time and carrying out a very professional job! I would use them again! Thank you! Can’t recommend strongly enough! Thank you.

I was initially told 4:30, (which was 2.5 hours) and was told they would be in touch. The were not in touch. At 4:50 l called to ask for an update. Initially the phone went straight to voicemail and l was told the office was closed! I called again and they said the technician would be no more than another 40 minutes! It was 55 minutes before he showed up. The guy himself was brilliant. It didnt take long and he talked me through what he was doing. He gave me advice and options and the car has been great since. I was not impressed with how l was treated by the office or the phone system problems or the five hours to get a 15 minute job done!

Was quick to respond and sorted the tank out within 20 mins, highly recommended
