Emergency pipe fix
Have used Xgas for planned work relocating house, but woke to find that a pipe had corroded in loft and water dripping through bathroom ceiling.
Called and was able to get it fixed same day at only the call out charge.
Good service again and engineer Hinton sorted quickly.
Would always recommend xgas after previous mixed experiences with other pluming companies 👍👏

Arrived on time and got on with the…
Arrived on time and got on with the job. Good quality work and left the place tidy.
The only issue we had was that the boiler was faulty and leaked water.
It would have ideally been picked up at fitting rather than us having to ring to get an engineer out to look at it. As it was a fault with the boiler we then had a wait again for an engineer from Worcester to come out to fix it.
Overall great service, just a shame boiler fault wasn't picked up on installation.

Unfortunately the boiler wasn't leaking when the engineers were onsite but organising a visit with Worcester insures they have the part on the van for a quick repair covered under the 10 year guarantee
