I must say I'm very disappointed in the Warm Luxe Cashmere candle. If your burning a candle you want it to atleast smell like something. Nothing.

Habe mir den Kalender gekauft. Die Teelichter glimmen nur. Es ist kaum eine Flamme zu sehen. Bei ca. der Hälfte der Duftkerzen im Glas war es das gleiche. Für 50 Euro von 24 Kerzen ist das auf keinen Fall sein Geld wert. Nach meiner Reklamation kam schnell eine Reaktion mit der Bitte um Fotos. Was ich sofort erledigt habe. Seit nun einem Monat Schweigen, trotz Nachfrage. Ich kann diese Marke leider absolut NICHT empfehlen.

Boy howdy, if I could give zero, I would. I made a purchase of 5 candles on January 5th, 2025 during their $10 3-wick candle sale. I purchased all 5 in my bag. I not only received no confirmation email, no order number, the order does not show under my YC account, BUT THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH. I've tried contacting them with proof of the Paypal & my bank statement, both confirming the pending transaction. Today (8th), I received a marketing email for- guess what- "You found something special!" as the headline, and inside were candles i had "recently viewed"- IT WAS THE CANDLES I HAD PURCHASED. Why would I receive marketing email for something that I 100% purchased??? I contacted them again, with zero luck of anyone getting back. This is nuts.

UPDATES:
Jan 9- Got yet another email telling me to purchase the items i "viewed." I feel like i'm being gaslit at this point. Even my browser history shows pages of signing in to my account, viewing products, my bag, paypal, and order confirmation. And yet, I STILL get emails saying I should purchase the ones I viewed. Someone needs to reply back somewhere, this is getting ridiculous. All I want are the candles I purchased and be done with it.

Jan 14- Finally received a message via facebook messenger after trying to connect there almost a week ago (Jan 8.) Turns out my order never went through, they let me know they voided my paypal payment, and received... a 20% off coupon for the trouble 😑 what a mess...

Die Brenndauer der ganz großen Gläser ist super, habe diese zwischen den Feiertagen, Neujahr und Urlaub durchgängig brennen und komme je Kerze 2 Wochen hin. Der Duft je Richtung ist in der Wahrnehmung jedoch sehr unterschiedlich, je dunkler das Wachs ist umso weniger Geruch nehme ich wahr. Es gibt gute und schlechte Kerzen. Ich finde jedoch der Preis ist nicht für jede dieser Kerzen gerechtfertigt und wird auch nicht mehr von mir nachgekauft. Daher 1 Stern Abzug. Bei bestimmten Aktionen bin ich gerne dabei, hatte im Winter jetzt einen großen Vorrat mit 8 Kerzen. Werde aber vor nächsten Winter aufgrund des hohen Preises keine mehr kaufen. Die Teelicht-Größen und kleineren nehme ich vom Duft her kaum wahr und würde daher nur noch große Gläser kaufen.

I ordered a gift card a couple of weeks before Christmas. Tracking by fedex was not available until one day before Christmas and delivery was scheduled one day after Christmas. That was too late and nonetheless card is useless for me. It was suppose to be a Christmas Present for my daughter in law. T4y to get a refund and return card but they have a no r3turn policy for gift cards. I was robbed. Never will I do business with Yankee Candle. Buyer beware

If I was able to give zero, I would! I placed an order directly wit Yankee Candles, it shipped 10 days after ordering. I called, chatted and emailed numerous times. Finally I spoke with a representative who said a refund would be issued. Well guess what, that charged me and shipped the order when I told them no one would be there to receive, as leaving for holiday

JERKS!!

Delusione totale: consegna dopo Natale!

Ho effettuato un ordine il 9 dicembre, con largo anticipo, proprio per avere la certezza che arrivasse entro Natale. Sul sito era chiaramente indicato che ordinando entro il 16 dicembre la consegna sarebbe avvenuta in tempo per le festività.

Nonostante ciò, oggi (19 dicembre) ho ricevuto un’email in cui mi viene comunicato che l’ordine arriverà il 27 dicembre! Questo è assolutamente inaccettabile: due persone non riceveranno il loro regalo, e io parto il 27 sera, quindi non so nemmeno se potrò riceverlo.

Avevo scelto questa azienda proprio per la promessa di una consegna rapida e affidabile, ma evidentemente non sono in grado di mantenere quanto dichiarano.

Non consiglio a nessuno di affidarsi a loro se avete scadenze importanti: sono estremamente delusa e frustrata.

I placed an order on December 9 to ensure it would arrive before Christmas, as the website promised delivery if ordered by December 16.

Today, I was informed that my order will arrive on December 27! This is unacceptable. Two people won’t receive their gifts, and I’ll be traveling that day.

I chose this company for their promised reliability, but they failed completely. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re counting on timely delivery.

Special offer, payment made. Half of the order recieved. Nobody able to amend my order, no refund and no response to my emails. Call back in 15 minutes when my colleague is off thier break is a regular phrase I have recieved on different days.

I used to love Yankee candles! They were my favorite! I only go around Christmas time and I buy the same two every year. Red apple wreath and balsam & cedar. Now they used to Work really well and send the beautiful smell of Christmas throughout my entire house. I’d always leave one in the kitchen and one in the living room.
I noticed last year the scent was not as potent as it used to be, so I figured I must’ve accidentally bought duds from a bad batch.
I visited the store recently and purchased those two fragrances again for this year, and the same thing happened. There’s just no scent after maybe an hour?
I was told by someone that they now only use the fragrance in the 1st top inch of the candle And that is why the scent runs out. Very frustrating! I’m never getting Yankee candles again.

Last week Yankee offered a buy 2 - get 3 free candles sale. AFTER I ordered, Yankee cancelled one of my candles. When I received my order, I only received 4 candles, not 5. I reached out to ask them to send me another candle and got no response. I called and was told that they don't do that. Why not? Yankee should honor their offers. I placed an order because I believed they would honor it. They did not.

I was hoping this cane will actually smelliest what the title says once it's burning, but I was disappointed big time. We do a sniff test which smelt ok, but once you starting burning it, you can't smell anything. We ended up throwing it away. It's cheap rubbish candles. Never again buying a Yankee candle.

I ordered 8 tall pillar jars and they burn so hot, and the flame is so high and smoky, it blackens three inches at the top of the jar. I make sure to trim it every day, but by mid evening, the flame is five inches high again.

I’ve purchased many other Yankee candles and this is the only one that does this, so far anyway. It is really bad. Unless they change the pillar jars, I’m not buying them anymore.

I had 7 items in my cart. They charged me for 28 items. They charged me 3x for those 7 products. They give you 15 minutes to cancel your order. It took me 17 minutes to find a phone number. Even if I used the search tool. They wouldn't cancel my order because it was past the 15 minute point. This is designed to keep you from canceling your order. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING.

I purchased 2 candles online and when I got them I thought they were not good quality nor the smell was that of a candle of cheaper scent, I followed their requests to send pictures and information only to keep asking me to do more. I was told to snip the wick and retry it! Are you kidding me. Its tedious and ridiculous! I will not buy anymore as far as I'm concerned, and I used to buy a lot of this brand. It's terrible customer service...and a joke! There happiness guarantee is BS!

Ich habe den gleichen Artikel dreimal bestellt.

Yankee Candle hat mir diese Artikel in zwei Paketen aufgeteilt geschickt. Komplett sinnbefreit - und teuer - das kostete mir zusätzliche Nachsendegebühren.

Die Artikel wurden am gleichen Tag verschickt, kamen am gleichen Tag an. Völlig unverständlich dieses Vorgehen. Man war vielleicht einfach zu faul alles zusammen in einen größeren Karton zu packen!? Ich ärgere mich jedenfalls darüber und weiters ist es vom Umweltgedanken her nicht akzeptabel.

After years of Yankee Candle I am through. I bought 4 candles, complained, was told to send photos, etc and still not a word from them. I followed up,, no response. The only thing worse than their product is their customer service.. which does not exist.

Yankee has been going downhill for years! Four stores in my city have closed, candles aren't what they used to be, now stopping the Boney Bunch Halloween for the first time this year! It's like they want to skip Halloween! 🤷‍♀️😱 Super disappointed! No reason to go anymore to the last store standing in this city! 👎👎👎

Riecht nach NICHTS wenn angezündet. Hatte schon 3 Euro Kerzen von Aktion die stärker gerochen haben.
