I would give this place zero stars if I could. Love the products, hate the actual ordering and customer service. I order 24 things and waited for about 6 days when they told me that they canceled more than half my order and took away my 20% coupon!!! Told them to cancel the whole order then and they said "they couldn't make changes" then how did you cancel more than half my order if you cannot make changes? Then another 2 days later i get another email stating they cancelled more products and i have been charged separately. In the end i received 10 items out of the 24 I ordered and still paid almost the original total because they took away my 20%!!! Don't shop with these people!

I have received my birthday candle in pieces. The person Mehraj I've been going back and forth with for a week is stuck on the box being delivered. It was delivered with a shattered candle inside. The only thing that wasn't broken was the box. Three years no problems but now this "Support" person Mehraj has me extremely upset. Do you care?????

Qualität der Kerzen miserabel! Viel zu teuer, brennen total schlecht ab! Vor ein paar Jahren war das noch anders. Ich werde keine Yankee Kerzen mehr kaufen.

I have never experienced this level of incompetence from such an established manufacturer and retailer or less regard for customer satisfaction. If they can't manage their inventory, they should stay in the brick and mortar space. I placed what was a last minute Christmas present order on Friday Dec 15 (and paid for expedited shipping for receipt in one business day which meant Tuesday), received an email acknowledgment and nothing more until Tuesday morning asking for patience...taking longer than expected blah blah blah. Another email 20 minutes later saying sorry they had to cancel my order - Reason: No inventory. Canceled four days after the order was placed and on the expected delivery date. Apparently an every day thing though. If you can believe it, they actually have "If your order was canceled" on the phone menu. Terrible.

Ho effettuato un ordine di 4 candele personalizzate.
Il pacco era sotto sdoganamento e mi contatta UPS chiedendomi il documento per concludere il tutto (cosa già molto strana).
Dopo qualche giorno arriva un’altra mail con scritto che avrei dovuto pagare 53.14€ per tasse e oneri doganali.
Ho contattato immediatamente Yankee per avere maggiori informazioni, comunicandomi che era una spesa non prevista e una volta pagato mi avrebbero rimborsato l’importo.
La soluzione migliore era di rifiutare il pacco, ma sono regali di Natale a cui non posso fare a meno.
Attendiamo questo benedetto ordine che arriverà domani, soprattutto vediamo se davvero mi rimborseranno.
Ho i miei dubbi, ma con me si scherza poco!😅

Compro una candela personalizzata, spediscono i LORO prodotti con UPS e non sono nemmeno in grado di imballare la candela di vetro col pluriball. Tralasciamo i 5 giorni di ritardo sulla consegna (a detta loro in 3-5 gg lavorativi, in relatà ce ne mettono 15 di giorni) e indovinate un pò? La candela arriva completamente spaccata, disintegrata. Tralasciamo la pericolosità anche di aprire un pacco pieno di vetro rotto. Era un regalo di Natale ed ovviamente farò solo una gran figura di cacca. Loro propongono il rimborso e tanti saluti ma forse non hanno capito bene... Scandalosi. Non immaginavo ma che vergogna Yankee Candle. Imbarazzanti.

I ordered candles from yankeecandles.ca and my order never arrived. They said my order was delivered. When I queried this and asked for details of delivery company that allegedly delivered, they have continually refused to supply any details.
I have asked for full refund but they are only offering 50%. What can I do? These candles are supposedly being shipped from China.

Aufgrund von einer Empfehlung inkl. einer kleinen Kerze als Duftprobe, hab ich kurzerhand eine Bestellung getätigt und bin sehr zufrieden. Dank Blackfridaydeal, Sale & 20% Newsletter, landetet reichlich im Paket. Sehr angenehme Düfte und sogar Duftbäume fürs Autovwerden angeboten.

Hanno un e-commerce pietoso! Ho fatto un ordine e dopo giorni non appariva effettuato sul mio profilo cliente (ovviamente il pagamento è andato a buon fine) non mi arriva l’e-mail di conferma. Scrivo al customer service, mi rispondo che l’ordine risulta andato a buon fine.
Dopo 2 giorni mi arriva una mail che il mio ordine avrà dei ritardi. Dopo qualche giorno un’altra mail mi avvisa che hanno cancellato il mio ordine senza una spiegazione del motivo. Pessimi come la loro attuale qualità dei prodotti. Erano molto meglio prima. Evidentemente con la concorr Spietata che hanno non navigano in buone acque.

My wife ordered an advent calendar for our daughter.

When it arrived the box looked a little damaged / used, but inside the box the calendar had all been opened up and the inner packaging was actually ripped open.

Phoned for a new one and all they did was offer 30% off. We said forget it - refund please.

Shockingly poor customer service. Selling used / damaged items as new is criminally incompetent. Judging by all of the one star reviews they deserve to fail as a business.

Ich hab ein Set gekauft mit grosser Kerze Black Coconut, Snow und verschiedenen kleinen Kerzen. LEIDER war das auch direkt der letzte Kauf denn die Kerzen verstörmen beim abbrennen kaum Duft. Die Kerze steht knapp 1 mtr. von meinem Sitzplatz entfernt.

Früher hat man eine Yankee Candle Kerzen in der gesamten Wohnung riechen können .Kerzen von Woolworth und anderen Ambietern duften deutlich intensiver und sind erheblich preiswerter

Ich bin echt mega enttäuscht. Habe mir bei Rewe zwei Kerzen dieser Marke gekauft 19€ pro Kerze. Verdammt viel Geld. Die Kerzen duften beide kein bisschen. Nicht mal ein wenig… nie wieder.

The Yankee Candle website is just impossible. Multiple attempts with two different browsers on multiple dates over a very long period of time and have decided to never try again. Nothing happens when you click on many different places to click, such as the sign in area. Or you scroll down below a page and surprise - the page you want is kind of lurking down below. Garbage website. Attractive - just would be nice if it actually worked.

Placed another order (one of waayyy too many).
One of the items was not included. I contacted Yankee & they finally answered but only to tell me that the item wasn’t available for replacement. Huh??
I’m on your site & it’s in my cart..
She explained that she was unable on her end to see an updated quantity…What in the world??
She then offered a 20% off discount on a $15.50 candle & calculated it twice quoting it was a $4 & change savings bringing it to $11 total.
I said “No, that’s incorrect (twice) she then asked me what I came up with, I told her. She told me she’d calculated it twice but she’d grab a different calculator & try again??
No freaking way…..
It gets better, She was sorry but she was unable to match the price that I paid because that sale ended as she put it ( last July 4).
God help us all!

I bought a dangerous wax melter from yankee candle in Chehire oaks, I brought it to the attention of yankee candle because it is very dangerous and I wanted a refund.
Yankee said the store did not belong to them and was a franchise, yet their brand name is on the recept.

One star because you cannot leave a review with clicking a star. They dont deserve one star. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Two broken large candles in a $77 order. Took pics of pieces in the shipping box, filed the form online the same day they arrived. Weeks later I got a "do you still need assistance email". After I said "yes". They asked me to provide the same info and pictures.

This is the norm when dealing with Yankee Candle online ordering.The site is glitchy drags and lags. This is the second time it didn't give me my rewards or give my 20% discount, which cost mean extra $17 this time! Reached out twice to customer service who said they see the discounts and assured me they would show up in final check out ...they did not. Emailed them again Informing them ...they never got back with me. Also could not get my $5 birthday discount. So disappointed, will have to stop using the online ordering but when I did before, I started using bath and body works candles their wicks quit burning leaving about 1/5 of candle unburnt. This is almost as bad as Arby's discontinuing potatoes cakes😭😭😭

The Yankee candle I had rough5 for me for my birthday is sending the jar black and black bits coming of wick into the candle

What a RIP OFF, first of all they made the new shape glass smaller so basically we are getting less burning time and they've increased the price to some ridiculous amount and another thing is the scent is not even there!!!!! I had yankee candle collection but now I don't give a crap about it. I've discovered another company that's way cheaper and better fragrance!!!!!!
