Good morning to everyone that work for the Yellow Cab Company located in Tucson, AZ Customer Center. I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile. Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very wonderful day ok smile. In ending I want to say that Yellow Cab Dispatcher name Carmen was very very very Professional Helpful and very Caring when I called in to schedule a pickup in the morning to take me to my doctor's appointment. Last of all Carmen is a very Positive Role Model for all young and old workers that work for the Yellow Cab Dispatcher ok smile. Finally too Carmen has very very very Excellent Communication skills and yes she loves her job ok smile.Now last of all Carmen is a very Positive Representative for the Yellow Cab Taxi Company that she works for day in and day out ok take care smile.

I am so sorry I I have wasted my time…
I am so sorry I I have wasted my time using yellow cab and being verbally abused by there one and only driver since the COVID-19 began several months ago! I only have this problem in San Leandro, Ca and Management needs to clean house! They have a woman dispatcher that allows there drivers to be rude and behave in a manner which reflects very poorly on their so called Organization! So, I’m happy to say I will never ever use this fly by night operation again! I have decided to go with UBER 100 percent of the time and I’m much happier not having to deal with nasty rude people!
