Joe was an amazing help to me

Got my name wrong during the intake process and kept getting sent the SAME documents with the wrong name EVEN AFTER the correction was made. At the end of it all I had to change the names on the document myself. Intake process kinda gave me misgivings about capability and made me second guess the whole ordeal.
