SCAM. I never take the time to write reviews. This website is a total scam. I purchased two dresses for my students’ musical theatre performances in January 2020. NEVER arrived. SCAMMMMM.

It is a total SCAM. They don't exist and are not reachable. The contact page on their website let you believe that you're typing the code wrong - which you don't. And the only e-mail you can find is not working.
They take your money and leave you with nothing.

I purchased a dress on impulse because I had been looking for a dress for the Renaissance Fair and had been able to find nothing in my price range. I saw the perfect dress and immediately bought it, hoping that I would not regret it. This was shortly before the Covid-19 outbreak so I knew there would be a delay and kept hoping it wouldn't turn out to be a scam. I googled reviews that caused me to worry more because everyone said it was a scam. I gave it time because of the outbreak, but eventually I emailed customer service because I was unable to locate my order at all on their website. They were friendly and did respond in a timely manner. They said they would send an email when it had been shipped and would set it as priority for the inconvenience. I ordered on February 20th and it is now May 2nd, and just when I had finally come to accept that it was probably a scam and that I would never see the dress, I received it in the mail and in rather good condition. I never received an email when it was shipped and it did take a while so I can't say it was a great experience, but the dress did show up and it is better than I thought it would be. So, even with the waiting and the stress, I am happy about my purchase.
