Yournextcar レビュー

Fantastic service from start to end.
Staff are great, friendly and no problem with us bringing the kids. They where very good with our autistic one so it ment he was relaxedso we could relaxand do paperwork. Nothing was to much bother and everything explained. The car is great and a fantastic price, we was given a very far price given for our old car.
Would highly recommend your next car!.

Called in by prior appointment today to view a BMW 4 series. I had lodged a £250 refundable deposit.
There was no pressure to buy or pushy sales tactic, quite the opposite it was very relaxed.
I was given the keys to the above car we were particularly interested in and one other which caught our eye. We were just left to it which was refreshing.
The main car was lovely, but wasn’t for us. The second was not the variant we were after, but it was a useful exercise to see it.
I’d definitely buy a car from this company as they are very professional and there’s just no pressure, the cars are all very well presented and the staff are great.
There was a slight issue with the card machine meaning I couldn’t get my deposit refunded there and then, however it had been sent in the time it took us to get home.
Thanks again for your time and courtesy today guys. I’ll keep an eye on your stock 👍

Excellent service couldn’t ask for anything better.highly recommend

My wife sent them an enquiry through their website on SUNDAY, about a trade in for 1 of there cars, got an email back at just after 10:30pm on the MONDAY night asking for photos of our car through whats app, emailed them right back saying we didnt use whats app and if they sent us a link to either their messenger or facebook we would be happy to send all the pics they wanted - as of writing this WEDNESDAY, NO COMMUNICATION - a big red flag as far as in concerned, if this is their customer service before buying their grossly over priced car i would hate to think what there like if you have any issues with it...Thanks for completely wasting our time...RE-REPLY This is your response - My advice is to get what’s app get into the 21st century! Great customer service mate, what a mature response....And for your information i did check auto trader and the car i was interested in says higher price, hence my comment

It was so refreshing to deal with these guys, very proffesional, did everythinv they said theh would, turned up on time, polite and proffesional...thank you.

The guys at Your Next Car were very welcoming, they had a large stock of very nice cars and showed me around a few. The purchase of the car was quick and easy. I would defined come here again.

Travelled 140miles from our home in the North East to buy a car my son had found online. I was a tad apprehensive as it was a fairly long journey to a place we don't really know. As soon as we arrived it was obvious that this is a very professionally ran company with quality stock...virtually main dealer standard. The staff were extremely friendly, curteous & informative. After a brief negotiation with Waseem, we closed out the deal which was right for us (trade in included) The car was prepped immaculately & came with an exceptional warranty. Will keep YNC on my car buying radar & would not hesitate to recommend

No nonsense when I bought the car and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Most importantly, they honoured their warranty when I had a clutch hydraulics failure. I would buy from this company again.

From the first telephone call, the first visit, test drive, after meeting two of the brothers (family owned business) and 2 other members off staff, both times a cracking cup of tea, found that they were all very helpful, accommodating, nothing too much trouble, enjoyed buying my car from a company who care, love my car, Thanks All, Merry Xmas, and onward success for 2023

I recently purchased another vehicle from Yournextcar, the whole experience was extremely positive. The car was exactly like the pictures and in great condition. A massive thank you to Waseem and his team. Very attentive and answered all my question (which I had a lot of) throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Yournextcar to anyone looking for a new car and a pleasant experience.

I Highly recommend YNC. Very professional and 10/10 for customer service. The whole team were very helpful and whenever i had any questions or needed any help regarding my car they were there to help straightway 💯.

I brought a bmw 4 series black grand coupe. I can honestly say, if high class customer service had a face. It would be the staff and friendly workforce at YNC. When I originally came down on a late Sunday afternoon I was greeted by a wonderful young man called Zayn who was actually at that time finishing his shift. He asked if I had an appointment in which I didn’t and he still took his time out to show me around the car I had in mind. The car I wanted was in the back of the showroom. Zayn then kindly went out of his way to contact Waseem who then came to the showroom and moved the other cars to get my car out for a test drive. My 4 series has been running amazingly no problem what so ever. Before I collected my 4series Naeem kindly changed the alloys of my choice and went through all details and non of the friendly staff were pushy even in the slightest bit. The right advice and details where given and I collected my car the next day. Amazing service and amazing advice. Would highly recommend YNC. Will definitely be going back when I upgrade it.

Thanks
Harvey

The first time dealing with YNC we purchased a beautifully looked after car for a really good, reasonable price for the car we bought. The guys there were really friendly and didn’t push at all. The deal was really smooth and I can’t recommend this dealership enough. They even gave the car a full valet before I drove it home. 100% professional from beginning to end
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really relaxed and helpful service no pressure even answering messages late on in the evening 👍
Extremely helpful

Don’t change my car very often so was a big deal for me bt honestly these guys are good no pressure to buy will definitely deal with them again

I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from YourNextCar in 3 years. All have been great quality and value for money. The high level of customer service and attention to detail cannot be underestimated with these guys. Yes I could probably find a vehicle if similar age and mileage elsewhere but I can’t do what these guys do with unique but OEM look styling. I know of nowhere else you can pitch up and have a massive range of stunning vehicles available for same day hassle free drive away. Very highly recommended.

Just bought my first bmw grand coupe

Thankyou so much

Just sold my BMW today to YNC
I actually brought this car from this company & through my experience this is a top quality company, the transaction of buying & selling with them is top class.
I would definitely recommend if your looking for a quality car look no further than YNC.

Just sold my car to yournextcarltd.com a great experience everything went though as promised from sale to being collected and finance paid off.
I would buy and sell to them with confidence.

I’ve never had such a smooth car purchase experience before. All the members of the YNC team were very helpful and attentive without being pushy. At other organisation you often get people who say “can I help you” but then don’t help you. All the YNC staff I met were very helpful and always came back with an answer or sought out someone that could help.

I was also impressed by their paperless “paperwork” to transfer ownership and also ensuring the car was taxed. Very efficient and slick.
