Would not buy from them again
Would not buy from them again. I have purchased an in stock item. The website clearly states that payment is only taken when dispatch will be within 48hours. My credit card was charged immediately however 5 business days later nothing has been dispatched and they cannot give me a timeframe. The website also clearly states that there are âno questions askedâ cancellations within 14 days of purchase and prior to dispatch. But my cancellation was refused!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best thing I can do is warn others.
UPDATE: the below response was received from Zavvi after this review. All a deceitful front - they have not sent any communication via my account. There is no customer service. They donât stand by their credit card charge policy or cancellation policy.

Terrible experience â never ordering from Zavvi again!
I ordered items that were clearly listed as âin stockâ, paid immediately, and expected normal dispatch times. Instead, weeks later, my order is still not shipped, and the only response Iâve received from customer service is vague excuses about âsupplier delays.â
If the items werenât available, they shouldâve said so upfront instead of taking my money and keeping me waiting with no clear updates. The customer support replies feel copy-pasted and donât actually resolve anything.
At this point, Iâve lost trust in Zavvi completely. Thereâs no transparency, no proper communication, and absolutely no respect for customersâ time. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering here to look elsewhere â there are far more reliable retailers that actually deliver what they promise.
