I bought a Kenzo hoodie and received it with cream colours on the outline of the tiger instead of the bright white shown on pictures displayed on their website. When I contacted their customer service I was told it was due to the display of the device I am using to view their website, which is totally ridiculous. I eventually got a refund email and they have not even returned the £4.99 I paid for delivery. Why have I not been refunded for my delivery when it is their mistake. Avoid at all cost!

The guys at Zee were great.
I was waiting on a size becoming available and they kept me updated with personal emails to ensure I wouldn't miss it.
My son is made up with his Ralph Lauren tracksuit and I was made up with the £100 discount.

Ordered 2 pairs of cp company joggers arrived within 3 days had to return one no problems easy to return money went in no issues reordered a smaller pair of joggers arrived again within 3 days lovely packaging 2 happy teenagers.will order again some lovely sale items 😀

Thanks zee and co wasn’t their fault that DPD didn’t deliver my items on time but they gave me my next day delivery refund so can’t really complain T-shirts came nicely packaged.

I'll be honest and put my hands up I hadn't heard of this company before and was very suspicious.

I saw a hoodie I liked in John Lewis but didn't have my size so went to check their online store. Typed the hoodie into google and saw it was nearly 30 quid cheaper with zee and Co. Checked lots of reviews and companies house to see if they were real and saw they have been around a long time. Still felt unsure so was happy to see PayPal was an option.

It arrived when zee&co said it would even though royal mail said 17th and zee&co said 22nd. Don't know what was up there but we move.

Well I loved the way it was packaged. Exactly the same hoodie for so much cheaper.

It came in a nice little zip bag and the way the invoice is put into a slip with a returns label ready if needed (it isn't required this time thankfully). That small detail really changed my view on the company. Absolutely will use again.

Excellent, website easy to use loads of choice available. Ordered a Hugo Boss jumper as a gift. Arrived quickly, looked exactly as pictured. Trackable delivery, well packaged. Have already bookmarked a few more things for xmas. Thanks =)

Bought a stone island jumper- got next day delivery free with DPD so it came fairly quickly. Really happy with the product and zip protected case however disappointed that the outside packaging was a polymailer. I know it was 70% recycled content or whatever but surely you could be more eco-friendly and use a mailing bag? Even I use mailing bags for my small business!

Got myself a cp company jumper. And it's spot on and decent price. Will defo be ordering again. Spot on company.

I have made a purchase of £862.99 bought a few clothes and shoes for holiday, i purchased the item threw verified by visa i have approved the transaction threw my mobile app , everything was fine till next day, next day they have emailed me they will cancel my order because my shipping and billing adress are different and that it will have to go to my billing adress, and i said i don’t live there anymore i just moved, i moved with work few days ago and never changed my bank adress but if it’s verified whats wrong, and they said they going to cancel my order, so they did cancel my order and they said to get my money back is 3 to 5 days, this is unacceptable i don’t have another money to buy clothes this is nonsense!!!! I do not recomend you very dissapointed! Unproffesional i will also post of social media! AVOID ZEEANDCO!!!!! Waste of time!! LADY NAME ON THE PHONE WAS TEFF

Ordered some ralphy joggers and ralphy jumper, lower price than other places and my first order here so I admit I was worried. Both came this morning within 2 days of ordering and are genuine and high quality.

Never received package and DPD confirmed they were at fault and to contact Zeeandco for my refund as DPD accepted full liability. Zeeandco refused my refund however even after I had 4-5 different DPD agents tell me they had accepted full liability and that Zeeandco should have given me a refund. Stay away and save yourself the hassle

First time using the online store. Good range and easy ordering. Made order approx 8pm on a Tuesday evening. Email confirmation straight away. Shipped Wednesday and delivered Thursday am. tracking numbers issued. Packed well the zipped carry bag was a great touch. Mailed customer services to say well done and got a reply within 10 minutes. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
