I stubbled across this company whilst planning my holiday wardrobe:)

My order was received super quick and the packaging was quality....the little black zip up bag that is inside the normal courier back is a nice touch.

I have sent back 1 item from the order and thus far the return process seems to be faultless, I did email to ask a question and Zoe replied to my email quicker than I ever would have expected.

I would not hesitate to order again in the future.

14 day returns and NO Exchange service at all.

In 2022 I cannot and will not spend money with companies that do not value their customers.

Absolutely no way. Not for me respectfully. No exchange service is embarrassing.

Well, i am writing this review as i am extremely disappointed. I ordered an Armani Tracksuit. Upon opening all looked great, a smart black material bag with Zee@Co on! All good! Opened the bag to a crumpled up mess of a tracksuit with makeup on! Tracksuit fits, so now i have the hassle of returning, just because it was not sent in a decent condition! 🙄. It literally looks like the person who tried it on last, just threw it in a bag and posted it me! Not acceptable at all.
I did speak with customer service who were not very helpful. They told me to return the tracksuit and IF at that time they had another one, they would send it me! if not, they would refund. It is a lovely tracksuit 100% authentic (code checked). I did not return as i did not want to risk it being out of stock. I washed the tracksuit so it was fine. However, it still does not excuse the state that i received it in or the very unhelpful customer serviced i received.

This was a gift for my sister, and I spent over £91 only for the brand
I chose to buy it from Zee&CO only because you have better delivery time, but the price was the same as Armani store
I receiver the order and on time however I am very disappointed that the product do not contain original Armani labels inside
I spoke to your college on the phone today 08/06/2022 time 15:00 and she told me that our company will remove the original labels if they are damaged
I really do not understand if you sell the original product why your company should remove the original labels (even if the label is damaged)
I cannot return the order because I send it to my sister but I really feel very bad because without a label the product look like a copy

Ordered some underwear from Zee and co , it was delivered quickly and at a good price too . Thank you

On bank holiday I made a mistake with entering my card details and sent an email for my order to be cancelled so I could place a new order.
Bethany responded to me after the stated closing hours and kindly dealt with my query very efficiently.

Excellent and quick customers service. Quick email responses and quick with answering phone calls. Had a slight problem with the price of a product but I received help immediately and the issue was resolved.

The true definition of fantastic customer service. I have yet to see anyone come close to their customer service team. What a dedicated and wonderful team. Excellent! I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger cap it's totally legit and the price was the best online, it's just arrived and I love it, shipping was very fast, packaging very good, it came in a cube shaped box so the cap would be well protected also wrapped and sealed and inside was a 6 by 9 inch stylish grey folder with the Zee&Co branding on the front, it reminds me of a wedding invitation or something, its with all my paperwork inside, the sale invoice and free returns delivery sticky label which is a really nice surprise! all in all a very impressive set up that Zee&Co have going especially with the free returns label included in the box so you don't have to start emailing and asking for a return form or whatever and most places want you to pay! For me in this day and age that's a must and you can just use the same box they sent to you for your return, So it's well sweet, thanks and a well deserved 5stars
