I’m happy with the Zen overall but I wish I could get more morning shifts.

Good communication, systems work well. Frustrating when schools cancel a booking at the last minute but it’s communicated well and I guess you can’t help that!

Zen Educate were very quick to sign me on and get my DBS started. They offer good course for Safe Guarding training.
I work doing Supply and have worked in a secondary school and a primary school, both fitting my preference. Since then Zen put me up for a Send School which totally fits my skill set.
Zen Educate also have a very clear pay system that is explained really well.
I haven’t signed with any other agencies .

The worst experience. 100% completed boarding. It's been 4 months. My file has not been checked by a consultant. Phoned, no answer. Emailed no reply. A waste of time registering.

This is a great company, very reliable. The app works well, so I am very satisfied working in my own pace.
