I received the watch and was totally surprised.I had stopped expecting it to arrive and had contacted my credit card company.
I sent emails to the provided email adress and received no answer other than an automated response. The tracking of the ordered item was terrible and again emailing them was useless. The watch arrives dead, uncharged and needs to be charged before use. I write this review 1 day after charging and wearing it. It was easy to connect to the app on my Android phone. Although the watch is lightweight it seems an ok build. I like the look and the wide band has many notches making it very easy to adjust comfort. Using it I believe will get better with time, getting accustomed to it's functions. The heart rate and BP monitor for me seem spot on. The numbers are true.
I was a little angry at the poor customer service and lack of response but will stay positive as to how this watch will last and function.
My rating applies solely to the bad CS and 10 day overdue delivery as it is too early for a full rendition of the watch and all its functions over time. This watch could turn out being just fine, only time will tell.
Buy intelligently is my final word on this.

Ordered a watch, did not charge right out of box, sent video to the company, they said new watch will be sent and to keep the faulty one, several emails later and still NO WATCH.
Called Credit Card company to reverse charges. bunch of Chinese crooks. stay away from these guys

Watched failed to recharge after 3 months sent ZE a 3 minute video which they've said have passed onto their tech dept, beginning to think I've been conned, customer aftersales service is crap. Do you self a big favour and steer clear of ZE Technologies.

I order my husband a watch and it is showing delivered but we haven’t received it. Need help locating. Order number 16288. They sent a tracking number which is 9274892700509901001492534. Then sent a message saying that was an invalid tracking number. So can you please provide me with an update on this order. Thanks

First of all, I think it came from Singapore because I had my wife order it and she began to think we got robbed. Nice packaging, not bad looking but these instructions that came with it have misspelling, not clear on most issues. I still don't know if I can answer a phone call with it. On a bright day, I can't see the screen, barely. If I had read the reviews first I wouldn't have purchased this watch.

The military grade smart watch v2 looks cheap. Then I didn’t receive the women’s mesh watch ordered. I contacted the company multiple times via email and left voice messages as no customer service agents were available. I wanted to return all items and receive a refund for the missing watch. I made the request within 7 days as stipulated on ZE Technology’s website. No one contacted me via phone or email. Then several days later, I get the missing watch in the mail. This shows that my email requesting a refund and return was read; however, I was never told how or where to return the items. I would avoid purchasing anything from this company. Customer service is terrible!

I ordered on New Years Eve requesting standard free shipping, not express shipping, and received it about 2 weeks later. It is larger than I expected, and feels like a budget watch, but otherwise about what I expected for a cheap mail order smart watch. The function i was interested in was the BP monitor, and it worked very well for 3 days until the watch stopped working.
I submitted an email to the contact email address included in the minimal operating instructions asking for tech support, and got a reply same day from a tech support person. I followed his instructions and still could not get the watch to turn on, or indicate that it was charging.
He asked me for a video to see how I was doing it, I assume in case i was not doing it correctly, which is a possibility. I sent a 10 second video showing how I connect the magnetic charge cord, and press the center left button and hold to try and turn the watch on.
I received a reply the next day asking for my original order number and an address to ship the replacement watch to.
so far good customer service. it Remains to be seen if the replacement watch will arrive quickly and last longer than the original.

Finally got the watch and to be honest, I wish I hadn’t. Worst watch I’ve ever had, complete and utter con. Feels cheap, the display looks like it came from a 5 year old toy watch. Went for an 8km walk and told me I’d only done just over 5 km. I could go on pointing out faults but one word covers it all, CON.
If you want a cheap watch, you can get a lot better for less than halve the money.

AVOID - This watch appears to be nothing but a rebranded smart watch using extremely poor wearhealth app and charging about 5 times the legitimate price. Also appears to having phishing software attached. Business registered in USA as US Military hardware but software owned by he ming China. My advice is find a better alternative. Appears to be a scam to sell at a much higher price.

Terrible service. Waited longer than I aspected you get the watch. It was pretty cool for about a month. Then it wigged out and displayed 0-0-00. No time. Wouldn’t charge. Wouldn’t do anything. Sent in a request for service. They asked for a video showing what the watch was doing. That was a month ago. No response. No service. No usable watch.
I suggest you get a G-shock. At least they will respond and you can take it back to a store. This SUCKS!!!!

I just got my new watch today so Happy but I have not seen anything that I was looking for no calling or text yet gonna keep trying smh but ido love it so far please help me if it's me need a better user manual thank you man it's was me lol working great now

I would not order this product until they sort out shipping

I placed my order a month ago, and have yet to speak to any one at Ze Tech. worst customer service ever. No one answers at the Customer Service number, no agents are available. All I get are computer generated responses to emails. If I had know that it would take over a month to get this watch I would never have purchased it. I want to speak to an actual person and get my watch or cancel my order.

Hi had my watch for a day now ,all seems good quite easy to set up , good solid watch just the buttons seem a little not as positive as I would have liked, time will tell how good it is, but over all very good watch.thanks Chris.

Tracking Sucks....Haven't received my products that was paid the day I ordered them.
At this point only thing i see is a fraud!!!

Long time to ship product, tracking # on my order was only good for when the product was picked up. No tracking details from that point on. I’m still waiting for my product to be delivered. It’s been 14 days since I purchased it
