I ordered a watch from Zesmartwatches. They charged my credit card on 29 September. On 2 Oct they acknowledged my order and said the watch was on its way from Fremont, CA. On 12 October I inquired the status of the shipment and was told to be patient because the item wasn’t really shipped on the 2nd. Instead it was only ordered to be shipped from Singapore or South Korea and that would take whatever time it takes for a cargo ship to transit the Pacific Ocean. Then it would be entered into the USPS ground parcel post and would take another 7-15 days to reach me. Be patient they said. This is not the 1800s. I’ve ordered and received computers directly from the factory in China in 3 days. You people take month; use my money; and, then tell me to be patient. I don’t think so. Oh, and I almost forgot. Cancellation or return only within 7 days of ordering. That’s another laugh...only I’m not laughing.

Now ZE Smartwatches replies and asks me if I ordered the item shipped Express for an additional $20. No, I didn’t think I needed Express from California. Turns out the US Post Office is at fault. It accepted an order to ship the item from ZE Smartwatches instead of the actual physical item. But then that’s sort of like purchasing a book of stamps from the USPS. You might say that you shipped the package because you purchased the stamps. But if you never actually put the stamps on the physical package, and delivered it to the Post Office you have not shipped it. Nice weasel words ZE Smartwatches, but you still haven’t shipped the item, even though the USPS says (by its Tracking Number) that the item was picked up in Fremont, CA on Oct 2 by a shipping partner. Today is day 16 from the date of the actual order. The tracking number from USPS is unchanged in detail from Oct 2,

Ordered watch, received notification it was picked up. Received tracking information and from there nothing. No updates, says was picked up and not received by USPS. Beware!

They do not tell you it is shipping from S. Korea. They do not tell you if you do not pay an additional $20 it will take up to 21 days. Then it takes over 21 days.
