Ordered a turntable on Sunday, arrived Tuesday morning, listed as an ex demo with the usual proviso’s regarding slight cosmetic marks. I can’t find any! Great service and competitive pricing. Plus no pestering to leave a review. Added to my favourites.

My order never arrived, and despite emailing them, I received no reply at all. This shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend ordering from them!!!

Absolutely superb service from Jayne and all at TurntableWorld, I sent a cartridge for a rebuild, the communication from the very first instant was excellent, the cartridge was returned after not needing a rebuild, and I added a couple of things to my order, great pricing, fast delivery and superb service

I bought a cartridge which causes slight buzzing, still unexplained (despite a replacement cartridge). Nevertheless, the responsiveness and service from the company (Barry) was exceptional.
Oh, and the price was very competitive.

Needed a drive belt which had snapped for my record deck. Looked at several options but found best price here. Order placed and delivered tracked 24 the following day. Turntable now working. Thank you for getting a belt over 400 miles in less than 18hrs. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Contacted with quite a few queries before purchasing. Barry especially was extremely patient and helpful. Highly recommend!
