No delivery, no response to emails, but eventual good experience
Update to bad experience. After posting this review they contacted me and reckoned my emails had been misfiled. I'll take them at their word as they immediately sent a replacement and even refunded my payment.
Unfortunately my experience was terrible. I didn't receive item (Rega belt replacement) as somehow it was delivered to wrong address. Despite 3 emails I got no response. Dread to think what would have happened if I'd bought something expensive. As it is I'm out £18.

Great service even for a small order
I ordered spares (Okki Nokki velvet strips) for my record cleaning machine from HifiSound as they were well priced and was offered free postage. Delivery was very fast and communication was excellent. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find that, unlike other suppliers I had previously used, the parts supplied were genuine Okki Nokki items.
Highly recommended.

The dispatch took far too long
The dispatch took far too long. Nearly two weeks for the product to arrive!

We are so sorry for the delay with your order and for the lack of communication on our end.
Since your order came in after hours on Friday the 28th ahead of the bank holiday, we placed the request with our supplier on Tuesday, September 1st. Our supplier was unexpectedly out of stock, which meant we couldn't meet our usual 72-hour turnaround. The order was dispatched to you on the 7th and delivered on the 8th.
We should have reached out immediately to explain the supplier delay, and we apologise for not keeping you informed. Thank you for your patience!
Excellent Service
First time ordering from this company and I found their service to be excellent. I will certainly look at them first for orders in the future. Throughly recommended.

Yet again another order fulfilled in…
Yet again another order fulfilled in double quick time excellent on prices not like a lot of greedy HiFi shops £27 for 1ltr of wash it 2 that's a proper Mickie take HiFi sound £15, Audio Technica headshells HS-6 £25 here yet i have seen them for as much as £30 and thats why I use HiFi sound second to none delivery service UPS orders quickly made up despatched packed so well you could play foot ball with the goods and they would survive excellent company excellent service everything is spot on i really can not see me going anywhere else 😀 very happy
